Seen several videos but nobody mentions up to what size of screens fit at the same time. I hope it takes the normal 20x24 inch screens, especially all six at the same time.
They are used to do color-matching, adjustable function. Maybe you can consult this video, th-cam.com/video/zp9X85pCs2s/w-d-xo.html it will show you the function.
Hi, in the second half of this video, it shows a way to connect the spring and turnbuckle. Firstly you should lift up the clamp then put it down between the pallet arms, demount the metal pad that under the clamp then connect the spring, you will find it become easy.
Firstly, turn the printer to the middle of the pallet, let them lower than the wheel. Then take off the metal pad which id under the printer arm, put up the arm and connect the spring and turnbuckle. At last to install the metal pad to the original place and turn back the arm.
This machine is garbage and all over amazon and eBay I do not recommend it, it’s very difficult to put together especially the part you connect the coil springs together. You can’t even fit six screens on at the same time because they overlap each other . Worse product ever and barely any instructions
We have teached how to connect the coil and spring in the video, and also remind do not tighten the screws before you install all the 6 print arms, each positation of the arm is correct before going out of the factory, they are adjust at the best positation and if you move it, then all mass. As you mean the screen frame will hit each other, that because you pull the screen too high, the spring is too tighten and pull the screen at the highest layer, pelase loose the spring and all the screen at a lower layer, they won't hit each other.
Sales ASC365 you guys should’ve put all that in the instructions , the machine barely came with instructions, at least you can do a better update video with someone talking and explain common troubleshoot problems. I have had the machine for a year and I’m just figuring that out
The machine design I have is not 100% the same with this video, i have the 6station with micro adjustments but some of the parts in this video aren’t the same
Hi, we will update the machine according to our customers' suggestion, they are not 100% same but the operating principle is same. We will consider your suggestion to shoot a new video. If any question welcome write to sales1@asc365.com , we'll help to solve. Thank you.
Didn't have any problem with mine. Pretty well made device for the money. I'm a machinist though. Putting this together even with the limited instructions was not bad.
Am I supposed to hand screw the screws into the pallet so the black peace stays on ?

I'm sorry the max screen size we suggest to use is 16 x 20 inch.
