People assume Jedi is Light and Sith is Dark, which is an oversimplification. The Force is not so polarizing. Jedi is merely an aspect of the Light Side .. for the most part, and Sith an aspect of the Dark Side. The Nightsisters are another aspect of the Dark.

She was actually not a fan of Oppress after the ritual, honestly she much preferred Maul over him from the start. Was probably not worth the effort to cause trouble / damage mitigation... also her ritual turned him into a mindless killing machine and she probably wanted him removed anyway.
Talzin had some really weird motives going on. I guess she gave the jedi the info to make them go away, and she thought they’d arrive too late to stop ventress and savage would have teamed up to kill dooku by then. What’s weird though is that ventress knew savage wasn’t ready yet, but talzin still rushed the plan. My guess is that talzin wanted the plan to fail, so savage can go on that journey to go find Maul for her, since maul is her son. Honestly it’s the worst game of 5D chess she could have played, because it ended up in the nightsisters getting slaughtered and then her becoming a weird spirit thing for a while.

She met her end in the Son of Dathomir arc, where Maul had to be dragged kicking and screaming into a ship to escape while she was killed by Palpatine.

They're not really either. They serve the family, and whether that allies them with the Jedi or Sith depends on their own interests. Bear in mind, the entire purpose of Savage Oppress is for Ventress to take revenge on Count Dooku, so they aren't exactly allied with the Sith. They're more of their own faction, and who they're allied with or against is entirely circumstantial.

Bear in mind, the entire purpose of Savage Oppress is for Ventress to take revenge on Count Dooku, so they aren't exactly allied with the Sith. They're more of their own faction, and who they're allied with or against is entirely circumstantial.
