- Maybe I shouldn't quit 3.0 that fast? I mean, when I hopped back in 2.0, I've got so much ideas for next videos, there is a lot of different stuff to actually make a video about. So I'll not fully quit the 3.0.

in 2.0 Zombies follow you for ever, because they are not attached to an area
That could be exploited to just punch a mega zombie to death.
It is SOOOO stupid that zombies can't just chase you now!! it is real dumb and easy to exploit

I like the bullets in 2 WAY better than 3, EXCEPT that ammo boxes are only usable for one magazine and don't have a set number of bullets in them.
The engine start thing is completely opinion based.
In my opinion 2.0 feels a lot more survival based than 3,0

The autodrop of empty ammp depends of the person; if you use ammo boxes to refill and reuse ammo it can be annoying
Does anyone remember the amazing cola opening sound effect? This made me buy cans just to recreate the sound.

tbh i think unturned 3.0 seems unfinished like there are many textures and mechanics that are missing. everything seems much less detailed in 3.0. and when i talk about mechanics for example, in 2.0 the driving was very smooth but in 3.0 as soon as you hit a bump your car keeps lurching which slows you down. i prefer 2.0 myself
I totally agree with the car mechanics problem, I've experienced it way too many times in 3.0.
When I hit a bump, it really gave me a feeling of riding a bull

@@fetusman2248 I meant stuff like textures mostly. Yeah it's pixelated but it still added something to the objects around you.
I like the 2.0 more than the 3.0
Now it has become a bad battlefield

probably the feature with being able to break structures with any weapons makes it more realistic than breaking a wall with a damn sniper rifle
pvp was actual pvp not player vs admin
2.0 better than 3.0, i still playing it sometime on hardcore.
How do you play it, it doesn't appear in the launch option
@@DrSalsa-fk8nc If you go to properties and see 'Beta - opt out of (I don't remember the rest)', it's a version selector to either 1.0 'antic' , 2.0 'classic' or Unturned 2 'showcase / demo'.

honestly just depends on preference
I play 3.0 since it has more features but I sometimes go back to 2.0 because that was the 1st version I played. Here's some personal things I like about each of them.
3.0: First and Third Person animations are consistent with each other whereas 2.0 didn't. More maps, weapons, zombie types, etc. Ragdoll physics. Better death screen.
2.0: Zombies couldn't go through windows and instead had to go around it. Some models are more detailed e.g. the fire hat shows a fire icon where in 3.0 its just a square.

I personally think that the vehicles in 2.0 are better, except that you can't build on them

5:15 its like this cuz of lag issues, U3 is more intensive than U2 and they render the items seperate to the world, rendering them the same with lighting is really complicated too

You missed than in 2.0, when zombies hit you, blood come out. In 3.0, no blood.

My 2 latest videos have been on games other than Unturned, ARK & Minecraft (where I turned a Village Communist)
You forgot the player movement when you had a gun out, now in 3.0 is just stiff
I think the dropping mag thing is a benefit but also a disadvantage.
If you have boxed ammo but forgot to pick up the mag, well.. you just lost a mag.
However, if you don't need the magazine, then you don't have to open your inventory to drop it.
Yeah, dropping the mag is useful but also annoying in 2.0. If you have no ammo to refill the mag, it just saves you the time to get rid of it from your inventory, when I went back to 2.0 for the first time after like 4 years, I was surprised that my mag dissapeared after reloading cause I was used to reloading in the 3.0 version where the mag stays in your inventory.
@@TheNexusGuy Same thing happened to me too, went back to 2.0 after I don't know how many years.
The reason the lighting is weird on hands is because instead of using world models, he used view models for first person view. This also explains the lazer.
2.0 is the best version of unturned entirely but i also missed 3.0's operation maple leaf beta branches, before all the pvp stuff were added and it replaced 2.0

2.0 was very charming but it would be stupid to say its better then 3.0, like saying the old 7days to die was better then the actual one
at 2:13 you were able to destroy structures with anyone back in 3.0 but they patched it due to griefing and what not in PVE

I had 500 hours until 3.0 release, after that, I leave the game.

Unturned 3.0 let you craft a muffler but is not with a cola can anymore. Now it is made of cans and tape and it doesnt sound like it used to. Also the muffler is shit in 3.0 because it is broken with a few shots and ALL the weapons decrease its damage while using a muffler or supressor. I wish nelson watched this and improve the game because it is an amazing survival.

Well 3.0 and 2.0 have there cons and pros but i think that some are just more realistic in some cases i started palying in halfway to the end 2.0 then 3.0 came along and i dont really care still same thing to me

about the light, what if you put light settings in ultra in 3.0 instead of playing with them low? maybe you will see no diference :)

Fps is better for the reason that unturned 2.0 was kinda lower in graphics and doesn't overheat that much

The only thing better about 3.0 than 2.0 is he graphics and polished shading, that's it.
no? it is built on a much more polished engine(?), there’s a noticeable improvement on animation quality, it is consistently(?) updated, and I’m pretty sure it added a lot more content.
It may have also added workshop support, but I am not entirely sure as I wasn’t around in the 2.0 era.
I think instead of nelson making unturned 2 he should polish 3.0 version more, 2.0 looks more finished than the lattest version
he will eventually have to make unturned 2 anyway so its better to work on it now instead of 3.0

@@santiaguo21 nah 3.0 servers are chock full of vip players who pay the server host companies for benefits such as keeping your weapons or kits, while everyone else gets locked out or gets a kit with useless items or feasts that no one goes to because it usually spawns useless items
