Reference number: 20-13-01: Complete pasteuriser and aseptic filling line for fruitjuices / concentrates in 200 liter bags existing out of closed level tank (450 ltr), lobe pump (Inoxpa), CIP centrifugal pump (Inoxpa), tubular heat exchanger (preheating by regeneration), deaerator (1.500 ltr) with liquid ring vacuum pump, twin screw pump (Wangen pump), tubular heat exchanger (heating with indirect heating system by hot water circuit with hot water circulation pump, medium steam), holding tube (7x different holding times, 11 till 77 ltr), tubular heat exchanger (cooling with water), tubular cooling section to be able to sterilise the unit prior to production, aseptic tank (Astepo ATK, 2.000 ltr, added to the line in 2008) which allows the sterilizer to operate continuously and double head aseptic drum filler for 200 liter bags in drums with 1 inch filling head with rolling conveyor under the filler. The filler is steamable for sterilisation prior to production. The bag neck has been manually inserted into the filling heads. Filling by Endress & Hauser flow meters. Including all interconnecting piping, valves, temperature indicators, pressure indicators, flow transmitters and controls including program on PC. Documentation available. Line still in production till ± June 2020.
