MAZEDAAR CHICKEN MANCHURIAN AND EGG FRIED RICE 🍛

Ingredients for Manchurian:
- 700 grams chicken breast Cubes
- ⁠1 cup ketchup
- ⁠6 tbsp oil
- ⁠4 tbsp garlic
- ⁠1 cup chopped onions
- ⁠1 tsp; black pepper powder, chilli flakes
- ⁠1 tbsp paprika powder
- ⁠1 tsp salt
- ⁠1 tbsp vinegar
- ⁠2 tbsp soy sauce
- ⁠1 chicken cube
- ⁠4 glass water
- ⁠3 tbsp cornflour
- ⁠4-5 green chillies
For rice:
- 1/2 kg soaked and boiled rice
- ⁠4 tbsp oil
- ⁠4 tbsp garlic
- ⁠1 chopped carrot
- ⁠2 chopped capsicum
- ⁠1 chicken cube
- ⁠1 tsp; black pepper powder, white pepper powder and garlic powder
- ⁠2 tbsp soy sauce
- ⁠3 eggs fried (with pinch salt and pepper)

Hello aunty I believe you messed up the recipe. You were supposed to fry the chicken in cornflour egg mixture and then cook them in tje tomatoes paste. Anywayds best of luck. It more looked like chicken boneless salaan
