When she worked with Tina Turner (great partnership),Rolling Stones and the like she catapulted way up there. I had the privilege to see her perform last week for the 8th time in Hollywood and she does what she does best....Give an excellent,stellar performance. She never disappoints. Her bandmates were excellent as well. There's only (1) Lisa Fischer.
After 30yrs, singers often reinvent themselves and follow the music THEIR hearts desire… rather than the music the label and managers want to push on you. Lisa is a Jazz enthusiast
