This really helped me out in my limb tuning. After watching this I checked and my limbs were off about a cm or 1/4" off center. I did the rubberband and two arrow trick; bam I got it centered! Im crushing it now at least for 20m! One less thing to tune and now I can focus on my release! Thanks so much!

Another very good video. After reading Martin Godio’s book ‘the art of barebow shooting’, Frank does one of the best jobs in bringing Martins material to life. Having one of the best if not the best barebow archers alongside Frank really is the next level of coaching for us barebow newbies.. Please continue with your excellent work.

Loving the bit about plunger and centershot. My setup is like Demmers; I always felt weird it wasn't classically in line, but it got the better results. Love you all are breaking it down as pricniples and starting points, then experimenting and adapting from there.

"Constitency increases viability of the tune" is gold.

What are the limb alignment gauges being used here?

Very useful video guys. Thank you very much. Affirmed a few things I always had doubts about. And a few things that I didn't know. I never considered moving my centershot away from the center like that... Question... When JD does that, am I to assume his string-blur when he shoots is to the right of the arrow tip? (I set my string picture with the string-blur to the right tangential 3 o'clock on the arrow tip... do you guys do the same?)... Thanks again

My string blur is mid plunger or wider depending on crawl and head position . ~FMCD

Regarding limb alignment, how do you know the riser you're working with isn't twisted?

The quality of this video is appalling. I'm sure there are lots of good information being imparted but it's impossible to follow.
You have arguably the finest bare bow archer on the planet and it's amateur night out!

For the purpose of not excluding info the video is pretty much raw. That’s intentional.
