Oh that's nice. One day foe me. I'll just stick with my 3065 with loader for a while yet. But like you I couldn't sell my 3000 series , great wee tractor. Enjoy playing.
Can't beat trying out a tractor on your own farm and area. You will know how it performs with load on hills that you are familiar with... Had a 390T years ago and yes they were a good wee tractor but you couldn't have much in the cab as it was very small in the floor area. There was no mention of add blue unless this is a very basic engine....
A good time of year to get a demo(hopefully you can travel )! I don't think there's much DNA left in these new lower end Massey's you can compare to the old girls you have, apart from the colour and the power control lever which will be same as the 62. For a direct comparison in the current Offerings you have to go right up to the 6S range where the smallest models still share the same rear axles as the 3075-6265, and the larger 6S's share the same heavy duty rear axle as the 6290. Both the 5700, and 5S ranges use a newly designed rear end which was launched on the 5410. I think it was maybe conceived to be a modern version of the older Massey backend design with the same brakes fitted, although with a slightly different way of actuating the brakes externally. The engines of any of the new models are now all in-house agco power units ending the long tradition of using Perkins engines.
Great video an s nice looking tractor 🤔 but would say if i walked on to your farm every one of the other 17 would need to be out of service before i chose that one 🙄😳🤣🤣🤣
Very nice tractor but glad your not selling the 390t hope when you give in and buy this new tractor you get you dad a nice new Massey Ferguson coat to wear when he's driving it😁
I like the sound of some of those features, like the hydraulic arms control, constant pumping and the PTO switch with the brake or no brake Im thinking it might be nearly as good as the 300 series
Enjoy!!!😊 nothing like sitting and driving a new tractor, I drove the 3095 last week (all 3000 series are my favourite!!! 😊) I'll be driving a 1 year old 5S 105 Massey for grain carting soon, and it still smells new inside, I'm sure you'll like the loader with the extra lift capacity to the Quickie one the 6265, I'm certain Dan had a demo of a 5711m, 🤔 it's perfect size to the what thing crappy loader tractor I drive on the other farm, and dealer mechanic (vegan !!!) doesn't want to fix it became they don't brake down, 😡, enjoy I'm sure you will. 😁👍
Class video My heart stopped for a moment there 😢 Well done and will be some interesting videos to follow Good to see though that some off the controls are manual I’ve worked on some machines that when I get in it takes me 5 minutes to figure out how to move it 😂😂 Great crack though keep it coming
I was watching a video a few nights ago and was thinking about u. Some man had cereal feeds made from 12 pipe cut along the length of them. But he had them on a hundred frame welded to the gates in his cattle shed. Lifted out out of the way they were high enough not to be an obstruction but when lowered the restricted the movement of the cows head so they could over reach into the passageway. Might be good idea for so u don’t cut the head of one of them next year when feeding. Nice tractor they but it’s no Fendt lol. The older stuff is better as u can work in them. To much electronics for no reason now and modules are costly when they go.
Well I hope the divorce isn’t to hard on you as I can’t see that 5711 going back!😆🤪. I reckon you’ll walk to that tractor every time unless you’re after an old school day. I would if I had that against our 698 loader 😖🤦♂

Fine looking tractor Cathal, Looking forward to your review. I didn't think for one second any of your tractors were leaving 🤣
Thanks Alan, yes the old girls were never going, you would have to prize the keys out of my dead hands for them to go 👍
Good video Cathal you had me there for a second saying the tractors are going 🤦♂😂

I’m not sure what’s left over from the old school but still some recognizable features from the old stuff,

Thanks Bob, few of the 17 out of action at the mo.🤦♂️

Thanks John, defo much more comfortable little tractor.

I would of just said to your wife, "it's only seven tractors I've counted.... the seventeen is only an optical illusion". Might work???? 😁😄
Thanks Calum, 3075 is my Favourite. Loader and joystick control is great on the 5711.

Thanks Gearoid, sorry about the shock, could not resist lol 👍
@@FlyingFergyMan The wife might buy it for you 😂
@@Gearoid35 I very much doubt it lol.
Thought 5s replaced that type tractor
Yes Stephen, I think you right, what I mean is that it would be a direct replacement for our 6265
@FlyingFergyMan I'm not exceptionally a massey fan nor is my knowledge the best but addicted to you page your great craic and down to earth fab page
@@stephenkelly2067 Thanks Stephen for watching, great to have you on board..even if you not a massey man...😉😉

Whats the price
Depends on Spec I believe, contact McElderrys, they can advise better.👍

I have to say the loader and joystick are a delight.
Nice but it’s not a proper Massey, that’s from the Valtra family painted red.
I did not know that Dominic.👍
I’m sorry, that is simply not factual, this is an MF tractor that Valtra badge this tractor as theirs, not the other way around.
@@masseyman6290 thanks for keeping us right.👍
@@masseyman6290@masseyman6290 I'm sorry, I thought they were a continuation of the 4400 series.

Very true Eamon. They all add blue now I think.
