The thing I like about you is that you are willing to hear the end of the point before drawing conclusions. Most people will pause and start talking against what they think they are about to say and then what they actually say is completely opposite of what they predicted but their guard was already put up and the initial comedic impact is gone. You hold your comments until after the punchline and that's the fairest you can be in a reaction. Clearly, the way he setup that joke was really out there to say the least, but you were willing to hear him out and that's what I appreciate. Keep up the good work!

The funny bit about the sniffing of the chair remark, is that I think in the main, he was still, as a bear, but as a double, it could have been as a human, lol.
The first what do you say, you said it. You really don't have to say anything. But technically it's a complement, not a very high-brow one. However, it shouldn't be looked upon, like you were told your breath smells of rotting meat wrapped in the unwashed dog's blanket, rode hard and put away wet.
It's a rough game, the young lovelies get untold numbers of complements and they complain, but when the complements stop, they complain they feel ignored. Ultimately, the response to a compliment, can be a thank you, a simple nod of the head, or smile to acknowledge it, or silence. Or if you fancy...you could accept the invite to engage the person. If you're not in a position to do so, that was covered. It's acknowledgement of you - maybe your efforts in looking nice, and often a means to start a dialog with someone, how you respond is up to you, not a consensus or vote (unless that's your gimmick).
The saying that you don't do it to be acknowledge may be at its core true, but praise is praise, and humans normally love it. People are always seeking acceptance, confirmation, etc. from others. why when people behave a people, that frowned upon as unnatural? If you caught the message of it - the holiday part is the punchline of comedy, the main point of the bit, was demonstrated by the bear and fish bit, were HR gets called because the Grizzly Bear just did some Grizzly Bear stuff. And as pointed out, a civil you look nice, isn't even acceptable as a complement these days, and it's all only one way, like there are no female Grizzly Bears out there.
    But I ain't one to gossip... .

I have mixed views on harassments, because where I worked, there was none. There was just a girl there who liked to bump into the other employees, both male and female, and accuse them of groping her. I had one of those charges pending when the boss reviewed the security footage and saw that she was deliberately backing into us. I don't know if she wanted attention or something, wanted to play the victim, I don't know. I think harassment is serious, but the idea of having that day where one can clear up confusion as to whether a coworker is attracted to you or not is a good one. Of course, I wouldn't exactly word it the way he did, but it would definitely go a long way to figuring out if a girl is flirting or not, because guys are idiots when it comes to that... Instead of Harassment Day, it could be Relations Day, or something

Literally, testosterone is like a drug that makes us super lustful almost all the time. His comparison to men working with women being like a grizzly bear working with honey-dipped salmon is a good example. When a woman comes to work wearing outfits that compliment their physique, our minds are going wild, and we're constantly fighting to not be distracted. Merely acting like we don't see what is on display, acting like we don't want those women. It's extreme discipline having to control ourselves. Wanting to tell y'all exactly what's on our minds, wanting to be absolutely real, but can't because the chances are we'd end up losing our jobs.

5:09 One of the issues is that the situation is just that women get to decide based on their viewpoint if a guy gets fired or not.
The same exact, identical comments, same body language, same facial expression of two guys.
Guy1 - the girl likes him or finds him attractive....human resources is never contacted.
Guy2 - the girl doesn't like him or find him attractive...human resources contacted and the guy is fired.
So those rules as implemented are just to give female employees the power to ruin a guys life based on nothing more than if she likes the guy or not.
    That is F'd up.
That is why I interact with women at the workplace as little as possible. I won't select them to be part of a team I manage for projects, I won't mentor them and instead mentor male employees to help them into management roles.
That is the reality of the situation and bitter, angry, spiteful feminists are to blame for this situation.
And I never, ever harass women in the workplace at all....however, all it takes is their CLAIM that you did. Remember "believe women"? Whether it actually happened doesn't matter. That is the world that has been created, and it was not created that way by males.

And what if the man wants to flirt or see if she’s interested? You want men’s sexuality to be shackled? Especially when women can do it to men? In that situation men can’t reciprocate because they are scared to lose their job. Like Patrice has said many times, men and women should not work together.

Workplace varies.. Office and shop floor are different. Women on the shop floor will act and talk like guys but not in the office.
