    I have the traditional Coleman stove, but I'm really liking the look and versatility of this grill. Thanks for the great review!

    Have you used the wok as a lid? The instructions are explicit not to, but curious if you have and did you have any issues? Also it says to fill the base with water. Have you cooked with and without it? Any difference?

      @toycobra12 we have not used the wok as a lid at this point and did note the instructions not to do so,
      We have used the grill with and without water in the base. No noticeable difference in cooking, just a slightly easier cleanup.
      Thank you very much for watching!

      I just used the "wok" as a lid today to make burgers. The handles didn't get hot but your results may vary! Wasn't on for longer than 5-7 min or so tho on the low temp. I'm not sure why they say not to use it as a lid since it literally has vent holes in it... Lol

    This is a really clever design. Unfortunately, with the nonstick coating, this has built in obsolescence in that when the coating wears off and you get frustrated scraping and cleaning, this will end up in the dumpster. It will happen within two years or even within one year of heavy everyday use. I'd rather pay more for a cast iron griddle and maybe a wok lid that is carbon steel or stainless. I just can't get behind nonstick things anymore because they don't last. I really like the concept of this gadget, and i know you'll get your use and money out of it before it wears out so I don't want to rain on your parade, but I do want the viewers to weigh this information when considering their own such purchase.

      @totoroben Thank you very much for the input and I have to add that my assumption is that the gas burner and/or igniter will fail as most do.
      But for around $100.00 and the primary use being outdoor cooking (we have an indoor stove also) while on trips in our RV trailer, it will not take much to get the value out of this grill considering it is easy to spend $30.00 at Chic-Fil-A today.
      Thank you again very much for the input and for watching!

    is the griddle grill plate cast iron?

    • @CountrysideAdventures76
      @CountrysideAdventures76  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @mannypvd2296 I do not believe it is cast iron. I am guessing here but I believe the grill plate is aluminum as it is fairly light weight and definitely easy to pack a carry. The surface is a "non-stick" coating that has held up to this point and been really easy to clean. Hope this helps.
