Adding waterproof wall putti or exterior white paint with white cement plus dr fixit helps form a good binded durable coat.
All ingredients must be mixed well without any lumps.

Use pure 301 . Apply 2 or 3 coats of this liquid on dry surface . The result will be for permanent. Don't mix any thing in this liquid. keep this solution away from water.
