Without any hard effort, easily he will win the case OR get bail on single hearing.
1) his Advocate wil ask what is the proof that all story is written by that boy only ? may b it’s done OR planned by police coz, police was failed to solve the case since long 2years.
2) that book is not enough proof to clarify that All family is murdered by Rohit and court will also say the same.
3) Rohit confessed front of police only, according to law the confession which we give front of police, the court doesn’t accept untill unless he/she confessed front of Magistrate OR direct in the court.
4) both guys who were involved in the murder are died so no one is there to come and say that all is done by Rohit.
5) And advocate/court wil ask where are the dead bodies, we cannot proof/claim that they all are died OR murdered by Rohit until unless we find the bodies.
And many more loopholes are there…………….

You should also show how your own relative can turn into such foes. Like maybe the criminals' Mother or Father always brainwashed him into believing that he deserves part of his uncle's wealth. Because such strong feelings of hatred doesn't arise overnight. Your nearest and dearest people only fuel such fiery emotions which you then act on. It is possible that a completely good person may lose his judgement, if he has been brainwashed by people who play important roles in his/her life.

Besides the murder of Seema Goyal, many other crimes especially involving women are yet to be solved. On January 14, a woman was found dead without any clothes in the forest area near Maloya and examination found struggle marks on her body. The police failed to arrest the accused. In June, 2020, parts of a mutilated body were found abandoned near Sector 17. A murder case was registered but is yet to be solved.

As for get rich quick greedy jealous and self centred nephew who was loved and welcomed in the uncles house, became their coldblooded killer and lived on like nothing happened, no remorse, no regret , maybe only one regret of being caught and being able to get his hands on the Millions and the propties. Who knows his parents might be pretending they didn't know anything, how can someone kill four people and not show signs. Of somethings bothering them, they were his father's family, he didn't seem much bothered, and the attitude the killers father gave police few times wasn't called for either. When you feel somethings fishy it's better to investigate, like when somethings too good to be true , it usually is.

I m shocked on so poor investigation of the police. I mean why did they not scanned the mobile data and location of the accused during the investigation.
He had left his mobile phone at his home while committing murders.
They have to complete 42 to 46 minutes per episode.... so that's why story goes long... 🧐
