Not entirely. Unfortunately some small shops are still closed, Church is still undergoing repairs. On the "side-streets" are still some bags with sand and damaged apartments.
@GermanTravelBlog I see. Hopefully they're able to restore most of it. Unfortunately for Valencia in Spain, it's going to take much longer than this to get back up. The damage that was dealt by the flood was catastrophic :(
