Because the tcg rules say that you need to put a Pokémon with ‘Galarian’ in the name on top of the Pokémon with ‘Galarian’ in the name. Mainly to prevent someone from putting Obstagoon on top of a regular Linoone.

@@jojoloko5009 Usually new stuff comes in the Excell boxes with a release date stamped on the side and we aren't supposed to put them out . The trainer boxes, the pin boxes and the two V boxes are coming in generic boxes with no release date stamped on the side so we just said "screw it!" and put them to the shelves. Last I looked, they only had 2 of the 5 trainer boxes left and 1 of the pin sets left. Nobody went for the V boxes yet, those $20 box sets that usually have an exclusive card.
But they are definitely turning up at Target. Should start seeing them pop up between tomorrow and Sunday. But the stock is REALLY limited at this point! This set reminds me of Hidden Fates which came out about a year ago and everybody was going nuts for those, but then things kinda died out by Christmas. I bought up a pile of the $20 Hidden Fates tins when Target did their half off holiday sale in December.
Edit: Of course I couldn't leave them alone and opened them up looking for that Shiny Charizard-_-
