How long does it take to become a regular and what does that mean? Is regular and career employee the same?
Answer: It depends
So the path to career involves 1 of 2 things.
1. A regular retires or quits. Then the open route goes up for a bid amongst the other regulars already working there. Then what's left goes to the CCA. The cca becomes regular.
2. After 2 years of working a cca gets automatically promoted to a Part Time Flex and that's a career spot but not regular.
Ayy you left fedex
