I remember seeing Shane Stewart at Selinsgrove in the McLaren 21 car. He was driving the Silva car at the time. I got a Silva-Stewart shirt the night he ran, but it's very worn.
I guarantee you that as a fan I definitely want to see a great race. But I also guarantee you that I do want a race facility that I want to come back to. I work hard for my money and I try and choose wisely where I spend it. I go to different tracks dirt and asphalt and there are a lot of dumps out there. I am not going to spend 35 to 60 dollars a ticket and sit in a dump and I don’t care how good the racing is.
I love a great race and a nice facility is sweet but I can put up with less than a palace if it's close enough and got good action. We almost lost Lawrenceburg speedway which is a great place, I gotta support local racing were I can..
I go to this track called moler raceway park near Mt Orab Ohio, facility is not amazing but the super late model races there are awesome, it's a cool little bullring. Weekly show is 12$
These are so good I love watching them hopefully a pitman one soon!
Great interview. Watched Shane many times in CA. Good stuff. Would love to hear a interview with Paul Silva and learn more about his history.
Great guy, great driver. See ya soon.
Another great one. Man there was a time Shane was the man at Knoxville. Dominated the 360 Ntls for awhile.

Doyle's Harley Davidson #1 car won at Grays Harbor Speedway, Elma WA vs the Outlaws. It was a real up set.
The Doyle's car was out of Eugene OR.
