You are probably not reading these messages, but here goes. I'm 5 ft. tall. I am being lent this machine to try out on some nasty floors. It seems hard to keep this machine at a 45 degree angle and not have my arms in a weird position. Has any short person tried this out?

I have one as well. It was just fine for the past month then all of sudden the control panel mode 3 and 4 won't light up it doesn't turn on but mode 1 and 2 works. What could be the problem if mode 1,2 works but mode 3 and 4 won't?

I'm not hopeful for a reply, but our (the company I clean with) i-Mop XL has started beeping randomly when in the upright/parked position, even when turned off. Why is it doing that?
