No, on average the games are tougher as the stakes get higher. But if the "best" plays fail, or due to random things happening (more teams having a certain guy who doesn't do well), it can happen.

I won the “big” $12 fair catch twice in 2018. Both hits were loaded up at rb. Mitch Trubisky went off at 1% with Taylor Gabriel. Corey Davis over 34 @ 1%. The second hit it was DJ Moore, Trequan Smith, and TY Hilton going for over 110 combined points combined. Won the contest by 8 points and would’ve won the Milly, but I never play it. Always a 3 entry/single entry guy. Makes me sick to this day. Both lineups hit in the 260’s. Both lineups were single stacked with no run back.
We still play contests for as low as $3 buy-ins as well. The only reason our team can play these types of contests is because we built our bankrolls starting from the very bottom. The same concepts apply across different stakes.
