    Very clearly presented! Not finding the "Apply to all" was driving me nuts! Thanks very much

    That is very helpful! Do you know how to go about the same process - but with shape attributes (text box length, positioning, etc.)?

      In those instances I usually just copy and paste a slide and then change the content

      I have been looking for a way to apply a differently sized text box to all slides in a presentation. I thought I found the way in this video, but this comment disheartened me. I’m still going to search. I’m tired of having to edit every slide and change the size of the text box

      @@jeremymelton8161Melton You can create (or edit) a "Theme" that will put this on all slides. In the editor mode, select all slides, (CTRL A) and then select that theme. You should be able to move the text boxes around on an individual slide if needed.

      How did you select the slides to paste

      You can select any existing Theme or create one from scratch. Then choose it for your new presentation, or select all slides and apply the theme to them.

    Any ideas on why it won't copy the different text sizes I have within the theme?

    Can I also change the font size from the default 42 to 90?

    A much simpler way is to edit one slide and then select on the file menu, "Editor - Text - Apply Text Style to All Slides. The "Editor Menu" is not shown until in the "Edit Mode." Then you will see "Apply Text Style to all Slides." Edit your first slide to your liking and then select this feature.

    Hello. I really need help, I click on Copy Text Style and then paste it on the other slides but it doesn't copy ANYTHING. It's so frustrating, I don't know what do. I did all you did, but for some reason, it's not copying anything. I don't know if there's something to be enabled but I can't see what it is.

    Hey, this aplyies to pro presenter 6 as well?

    • @WorshipInnovation
      @WorshipInnovation  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      In Pro6 there is a feature called "Apply To All". This feature was removed in Pro7 so this tutorial is strictly for Pro7 users

    It doesn't do the same size. I want to change it all to a larger size font and it won't do it. I HATE THE NEW PRO PRESENTER! THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE APPLY TO ALL BUTTON! AAHH!!
