Ma'am as you said don't be Dominant in GD. But, from personal experience after my GD those were dominant were selected for further rounds. Not me

✓Pay attention to what they say
✓Make sure you speak quality point at least for 1 minute
✓Ask question can you please give more information in this topic
✓As I understand you mean so and so ... Also my view on this is..
✓Be polite... Do not get into fight
Company will understand your : leadership skills
✓Interpersonal skills
✓Leadership skills
✓Professional behaviour
✓Check hiw spontaneous you are in putting your view
✓Note down all points what others mentioned.
✓You have to speak.
