Rick, I am so sorry for your losses! I lost my mom and dad too, dad in 2020, and mom in 2021. they were my best friends and the pain was so hard to take. I also lost a cousin to suicide, he had everything going for him, and was just married. Two people that helped me through the pain was a grief therapist (here on TH-cam, her name is Jo McRogers. I highly recommend her.) Matt Fraser the psychic Medium also helped. Wishing you love and healing. I sadly know all too well how much it hurts!

My wife Kerri Fleming and I were married on Jan. 22, 1999 and we loved each other fully. Yesterday June 7 at approximately 8:30 pm MDT was exactly the one year mark of when she passed, we got to say goodbye and that we loved each other. I held her hand for the last 8 hours of her life. I remember the first few weeks I couldn't sleep more than a couple hours before waking up in tears seeing her face at the moment when she left this world and her body an empty shell.
