I love bell hooks, unfortunately most Brazilians are not progressive people. I dream a world where white Brazilians would have compassion not just appear to be kind but truly be putting Paulo's Freires ideas into action by not been dismissive and insensitive of otherness, just to show off their complex of superiority and use people or be means in the process.
