First of all you should understand that When there are 4 options, as a candidate for the exam you are supposed to read all the options first and then only you have to choose the best fit among the 4 answers. There may be close options sometimes but you have to opt only the most correct option, then only you will get mark for that question. Coming to this particular question, as you yourself ONLY said SP or SSP is correct. Then more appropriate answer would be D only as option C contains only SSP which is partial answer and option D is full correct. That means you have agreed that the answer is Divisional Head .
That’s why in the guidance video I suggested to read all the options even when you know the answer in the first option even. Also I suggested to read the question twice to avoid choosing possible incorrect options in a hurry. There is one more thing. People tend to support their mistakes after the exam by raising these aspects. You may not be one like that. But, we should not be like that . Of course, you may dislike this answer if you opted it wrong.😊 But, it’s the truth. That’s why I don’t make videos on recent question papers generally because , my opinion doesn’t matter and may not be liked by you. Anyhow, you have every option to represent to the Department when you are not satisfied within the date given for the purpose.
