Brussels sprouts 🌱 are not icky tutorial

- Ingredients
1 bundle of fresh brussels sprouts
1 packet or 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 shallot
1 tsp minced or diced garlic
2-3 slices of bacon 🥓 (cubed)
2 tbsp evoo
1 pat butter
Salt, pepper, and all purpose seasoning to taste
Blanch the brussels sprouts in water with chicken bouillon (approx 4-8 mins)
Remove and set aside
To a skillet add evoo and bacon fry until browned,
Add shallots, garlic, and sprouts
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and an all purpose seasoning (Savory Notes Seasoning Soul blend) 😉
Add pat of butter near end of cooking.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Quick side note: I didnt realize there was an ‘s’ at the end of brussels in brussels sprouts until today.. I feel like this is a #butterflyeffect moment. 😊 when did that ‘s’ get in there. 😆 .. it must be silent. 🔇

Mmm that sounds yummy 😊 - BrSpts are fantastic, they go with almost anything. For just "plain" BrSpts all i do is quarter or halve the bigger ones (usually just use Wally Worlds frozen, slightly thawed) put about a quarter cup water on them, cover, put on low to very low heat and then let them cook until they're the texture you like; then serve with plenty of butter, salt and pepper. They are really good served along side corn, canned, on cob, cheesy corn, or corn casserole with soda crackers crunched on top. Gonna try your Savories. 😋 Yum! ❤❤❤
