NO, HE DIDN'T!!! You are finding him guilty before any proof. A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond the shadow of a doubt. to give up in him before anything has been proven shows you have no idea how to not only be a real fan, but a decent human being. EVERYONE, famous or not deserves to be believed innocent until proven otherwise. And I will believe in him 100% until there is COMPLETE IRREFUTABLE PROOF not to!!!!!

@@yawnzyeonjn no, actually it isn't. The police take statements from both sides then turn it over to the prosecutors office. It is up to the prosecutor to go over everything both sides claim, any evidence they MIGHT have, any statements from witnesses or character references for both sides, then decides whether or not to proceed with a trial. Even if they decide to proceed, it doesn't mean the person is either guilty or innocent until either a judge/jury or both hear all testimonies and evidence from both sides to decide. And just an FYI, over one quarter of all SA accusations made worldwide are proven to be false. Many times after the accused has been found guilty and often after they have been in jail or prison, sometimes for years or decades. Far too often, the person making the accusation faces no punishment, even though the accused's reputation, career, and family are destroyed, sometimes permanently. I believe if a person is proven guilty beyond the shadow of a doubt, they should face punishment, the severity of which depends on the severity of their crime. Whether they are famous or not. I also believe anyone making a false accusation should face the exact same punishment the accused would have faced if they'd been found guilty, or if they were, then later proven innocent. You also have to realize that SA can be many things other than actual "assault". It can be something as minor as touching a person and them not liking it. For example, men have been charged and found guilty of SA when they did nothing more than hug, put an arm around or put their hand on the back of a woman. SA is a VERY broad term that covers things from as minor as that to actual r*pe. The term should be changed to more narrowed parameters to simplify the laws and the prosecutions of those guilty of any of them. For instance, a man or woman who simply hugged someone or touched their arm or leg, shouldn't get the same charge as someone who commits an actual assault. I mean telling a woman she looks pretty is now considered SH. It's crazy.
