FWSIM: Once Upon A Time W/ Projection Mapping

- Hi everyone! Important news!!!
Its been a SUPER long time since I posted a FWSim video. I decided to redo my Once Upon A Time FWsim from a couple years back. This is truly one of my all time favorite Disney nighttime spectaculars at Tokyo Disneyland/Magic Kingdom. I decided to test out overlaying the projection mapping of Once Upon A Time with my FWSim video. To everyone who is questioning about the Discord Server, I apologize for not making an announcement about it. As most of you know, this channel is coming to its end, so I've been slowly fazing out everything. However, there will be videos posted and lots of FWsim videos to come!!
How did I do it?
I use a software called Davinici Resolve. Simply place the "projection mapping" over the FWsim video you have. Go to the color tab and then create a mask. However you want to shape it is your choice, but you go to the nodes and create an Alpha Output and boom. It will outline what shape you created. And from there you can reshape it or whatever!

I honestly miss Once Upon A Time at WDW. I remember when it debuted in Tokyo I was predicting it would come to Magic Kingdom at some point and when it did, I was overjoyed. Glad I got to see it in person and your creation is awesome!
That was amazing. I want to try overlaying the projections like this for my fwsim shows, and this is by far the best I've seen it done. Thanks for the step by step instructions in the description!

@@disney1tv623 I do actually. For the projections, did you have to find a video where the camera is perfectly still? Cause idk how to make the mask move.
@@Turtle-lf5bf Yes I did! That may be the most frustrating thing you will need to do. Your last case scenario would be masking frame by frame, but that will take forever.
How did you get the projection mapping in the first place?
The projection mapping was actually released from Tokyo Disneyland when Once Upon A Time premiered!
