      Look at my videos on exercise for the Left AIC pattern and my blog posts on how to squat/deadlift more efficiently. I will be coming out with a weight training program this year too :)

    I have hiatal hernia is it safe to do any of the PRI exercises?

      This seems like a question he’d answer by: consult your doctor. That’s what I’d do. Otherwise you are able to blame him for any damages.

      Doctors are mostly useless . They either pump you with drugs or cut you up (most useful as surgeons, tho they may want to cut you up pre emptively since they aren’t educated on how to do anything else )
      Doctors know very little, often they are running on cruise control and aren’t up to date or even educated on much other than the specific things their business model trains them to do

    It actually took 2 days to relieve my low back pain with these 2 exercises 🙂
    If the LBP is one-side (e.g. right side) should I still be doing Exercise #1 on both sides?

    Hey Conor, how beginner is the beginner biomechanics course? Would you recommend getting the 12-week course instead of the beginner's? Would the 12-week course cover things in the 4-week course? Thanks in advance.

      Hi Kevin, the beginner course is for people who are coming in completely fresh to my content. It’s designed for anyone to be able to take it and understand the basics :)

    I have 3 issues--- 1- got mashed between 2 trucks in 99 and STILL hurting from that.. 2- I'm overweight since the pain - especially recently- has prevented my exercising 3- I SIT a lot.. because I hurt do flipping much- not just the back -- from mid-body to the floor.. (as result of the accident and a couple falls SINCE then).. OH - I forgot-- I CAN NOT lie on my back-- AT ALL- not on a soft bed- not with a towel under my back- NOT AT ALL. Had several surgeries this past year- and they had to keep me KNOCKED OUT to do them and afterward I had pain for DAYS ..

    Sir your demonstration is good, but a bed ridden person who can sit on bed n not able to stand because of pelvic surgery one year ago will not be able to stand n dothese exercise , because of hip n lower back pain.

    Hey Conor. I have a hip labral tear and after 4 months of useless therapy & prp shots, I'm currently waiting for a hip surgery. Do you have any videos that demonstrate how to relieve hip pain in the meantime? I feel the pain deep inside the joint itself, it's not muscle pain so all the stretches/posea I'vw tried so far didn't help :(

    Can you do a video on how to fix straight back syndrome/flat back?? I got a flat T spine and my shoulders round forward causing some scapula winging but i see people say more extension though I got too much of that so maybe you can do a video on cases like mine were people need more flexion based exercises for this problem. Thank you!

      I need a fix for flatback syndrome as well. My spine is completely straight and loss all of it's curve. There isn't much info online it sucks :(

      @@jii-khoh8620 no I got flat back which was diagnosed through x rays by an advance cbp chiropractor. My thoracic spine is severely straight. I got anterior pelvic tilt. On my x-rays (lateral thoracic/chest) there is less than 12 cm between the backside of the sternum and the front of the T8 vertebra. I need flexion based exercises to round my thoracic without messing up the other curves. My neck is straight as well. My case is rare but lucky it’s not a genetic deformity or structural it’s a functional problem from bad habits like sitting a lot ect..

    Why wouldn't you just do the first exercise with the foot planted? In other words, why is this better than the analogous bridge variation?
