- Mumbai city might be the first names that comes to mind when talking Naan Chap, but there is a whole informal network of roadside vendors popping up each night with just table and kebabs in the southern side of Mumbai popularly known as Sobo or South Mumbai , which has a meaty chunk of food history that has a shadowy presence. This Mumbai street food recipe is now straight into your Kitchen so do try this offbeat delicacy that tickles your taste buds……
ingredients
250 gms boiled and shredded chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
2tbsp oil
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 onion
1 tomato
few coriander and mint leaves
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 green chillies
1/2 lemon juice
2 potatoes boiled
8 pav/ naan / bread

Mutton naan chap really taste way better and its authentic - if you lived in those areas you would know!! There are about 3 or 4 videos already on youtube!! Anyway. Looking for authentic naan receipe too ... not the ones made with loaded butter as this is not made this way bakeries in mumbai central / JJ area.

It looks like a bun but its not a bun..its called naan and it tastes different..it not available burgers breads can also be used
@@cookingwithbenazir thanks. I live in Delhi and this naan is not available here so will try with burger buns. Alternatively will make small naans at home and make small rolls. Thanks once again. Your recipes are delightful.

Mujhe 500 gms ka banana hai aap sirf chicken boil karne mein kitni quantity ginger garlic paste aur salt bata dijiye
