Then finally the final conversations in the episode between Taizo and the Masked man and Masanori with Gabwelius, Taizo having trust in Akina to make a miracle, and Masanori being Masanori suggesting that the Fated clash is more than just fulfilling the winner's wish (cuz of course it is). @symphonixblades I can compare this with just the first few episodes of g if you want, and it's still super bad in comparison. Akina is a noob power fantasy: simpleton character with basic motivation, he loses all hir training matches, but deus ex machina wins when it matters. We get very little time with the characters. The training happens in 5 min off screen. In G, they had 20 episodes of introducing and developing the characters before getting into the main plot, and characters actually lost at important tournaments and such, which promted character development (you know, because they actually spent time to develop a character). (Even the non-mc fights have no real stakes) Isn't it obvious that Akina will win the final? But is there any justification for these wins other than luck? Power of friendship bollocks from og yugioh would be more interesting than this kind of writing. Ok calling it now: Fox mask is Hikari, but maybe being diffridden (Or something along those lines) by something from Cray. My proof: - Fox Mask reveals their identity to Taizo, who then goes to visit specifically Hikari and seems to recognize her even though this should be the first time they're meeting. - Fox Mask and Hikari are both shorter than the rest of the cast, have pale skin, and even both seem to have blue hair (You can see some behind the mask at around 24:28, and the red hair seems to be part of the mask) - The first person Fox Mask directly goes to warn not to participate is Akina. - Fox Mask asks Taizo to participate under the logic he can defeat everyone else and presumably reject the wish. Hikari watched the Deluxe 2 finals and would know Taizo is a top pro-fighter, and is a big fan of his. - Barring the yellow parts, the Fox mask has the same color scheme as Hikari and Akina's hair (Blue, red, and white), inverted in terms of prominence. - Hikari's hospital gown also has a similar color scheme to Fox Mask's hoodie.
I love how Aki prepared for this match, though at least to me it felt a little rushed or the dialogue in it could have made it feel smoother but that’s just me. As for Taizo, we all saw it coming but legitimately I feel like if it was any other circumstance he would’ve gone for that gamble, I get why he went for the logical play but within those same reasons he could have gambled. Still good match though
😂! Youthberk can't do a shit against Blitz Arms lol. He can win against the regular Welstra, but Blitz Arms could easily turns the game around. That had been proven countless times in Area.
card battle anime is not just about complicated gameplay and insane combo, but also about healthy romance with balanced relationship on one another for the main couple
I thought the episode was pretty funny. When he revealed how he build his Deck In laughed a little xD now I think that mysterious Figure might actually be Akina from the future. Maybe it's just me but the voice seems kinda familiar. Also...rear guard Animation!!! Even if it was just a tiny frame, I am happy we got actual rear guards.
I’ve only had V, G and older Royal Paladin deck. But watching overDress, will+Dress and DivineZ made me really want to get my hands on Keter Sanctuary… Damn.
Akina is crazyyy with that deck strategy it’s cool to see how bushiroad took details from real life vanguard and made a rush deck for this episode cuz usually you would see a balanced deck for every character but seeing Akina do something reckless was cool to see. Also the next few episodes are gonna be crazy, Fated one of Zero is gonna have some crazy scenes next episode by beating shinobu we’re prob gonna see a few other characters make an appearance because masanori is a puzzle master he’s gonna prob do something in episode 8 and my idea is episode 9 or 10 is gonna be Zorga vs Blangdmire. And the final fight is gonna be Rezael vs Blangdmire. thing is there is definitely something with the fated clash because the recurring mask character is against it. I wonder who that character is and I wonder what his deck is gonna be based on
Vanguard has strayed from the quality of leadership after Aichi's season. Aichi won over people through his play with a leading vanguard. Then it was strayed with Chrono by winning with luck by sacking crits. Then Yuyu's win was also strayed by some wins as OT and luck to combine. Now Akina is won through hardwork. 😮
Akina's plan was quite daring but it's nice that it worked :). We also learned a little bit about that masked guy. I wonder what's the truth behind the Fated Clash.
9:36 Ah Akina best kouhai (Mikoto) is supporting her senpai battle. Seeing Mikoto reminds me of Towa Hanamaki of Photon Maiden. Yeah, because both Mikoto & Towa are voiced by the same VA. In fact, D4DJ Groovy Mix JP has done the collaboration event with the Cardfight Vanguard, both will-Dress & DivineZ.
Last episode, I commented how the masked guy only warned Akina and Suo, but it seems like everyone is in danger from whatever secret this Fated Clash is hiding. Since both Nao and Mikoto are already disqualified, he did not approach them. But why is Taizo the odd one out among the six? Let's just hope the anime gives us a convincing explanation.
I think it’s because Taizou had no interest in taking part in the Fated Clash because he wanted to make his dream come true itself and only changed his mind when that fox guy asked for his help in stopping it.
Blangdmire is obviously dangerous on top of the Fated Clash risk, but his grip on Suo is so strong. He won't even let go of the boy. Also Rezael is self-destructive as reflected by his partner's recklessness.
Removing Heal triggers and Perfect Guards from his deck in order to increase your chances of getting Front or Critical triggers was quite shocking to me because it could have been risky but I will give Akina a lot of credit for a using a rush strategy was very unique and versatile, it’s not going to happen every single time but I totally get why this title is called Reckless Wings and yet the animation towards the climax of the battle was gorgeous, another great episode and things are really heating up, I can’t wait for this!!! 🫠💕 #CardfightDivineZ
Did akina just reinvent the front king of nova grappler God hand. The mad man is it's unironically might work for this deck. The deck can and will draw a lot of card that this mad man build actually might work
Masanori will get destroyed by Suo. He’s obviously sending out Shinobu to do some reconnaissance on him because he’s a slimy coward. Now poor Shinobu and Greedon are going to get reduced to zero
20:06 i liked their reactions at this scene for some reason 22:22 also this brief fight I kinda hope Nao and Mikoto can get a friendly cardfight between each other for some reason
24:28 I see a strand of Blue Hair There, he dont sound like him tho, but dont tell me theres a plottwist of Yuyu being him, I mean Yuyu is no longer the Leader of Blackout, so like previous leaders he probably quit but where does he go?? we know Danji is with Day Break, we know Tohya is traveling again, but no info on Yuyu, also what happened to Michiru? whet happened to Yuyu and Michiru?

Suo is going to massacre Shinobu and Greedon and after that Masanori and Zorga are next.
All of them will be reduced to zero as victims of Blangdmire.
No draw triggers 😂
I love how Aki prepared for this match, though at least to me it felt a little rushed or the dialogue in it could have made it feel smoother but that’s just me. As for Taizo, we all saw it coming but legitimately I feel like if it was any other circumstance he would’ve gone for that gamble, I get why he went for the logical play but within those same reasons he could have gambled. Still good match though
Happy Late Valentine's Day
Akina is one lucky dude to get Nao (senpai) and Mikoto (kouhai)
Since Akina briefly saw Wilstra in action, hope he has ways to deal with him, or he’ll need Youthberk to defeat him.
I don’t expect a noob like him to break the rock and master Youthberk
@@RaikaKoshiba650 i'd take it as a pun intended
This one episode is better than most of overdress. Hopefully they keep this energy up!
I wonder who that character is and I wonder what his deck is gonna be based on
Akina did what no other protaganist has done before. He might be my favorite protagonist in all of the cardfight vanguard series.
23:02 bro really wreck him along with his pride satellite, bro didn't have to do him that dirty!
This fight was a blast reminds me of Aichi vs Kamui it was so awesome episode.
I got more Aichi vs Koutei vibes.
“Kamui” will come back next episode as Shinobu is returning 😂
Vanguard has strayed from the quality of leadership after Aichi's season. Aichi won over people through his play with a leading vanguard. Then it was strayed with Chrono by winning with luck by sacking crits. Then Yuyu's win was also strayed by some wins as OT and luck to combine. Now Akina is won through hardwork. 😮
Akina's plan was quite daring but it's nice that it worked :). We also learned a little bit about that masked guy. I wonder what's the truth behind the Fated Clash.
When he said he didn't have heals or pgs I just about died of laughter man, the fuck.
Akina is one ballsy/gutsy cardfighter. Anyone else agree?
Episode 7 ?
The fight and units were so amazing it was intense I hardly keep up there fight it was exhilarated
Definitely enjoying this season so far! I like Nao and Makoto as the female interests this season as well
9:37 Of course, the fight 🤭🤭🤭
20:07 You are insane Akina xd
I would prefer that Taizo has a new Welstra with a divine skill but is okay, nice fight.
20:10 HOLY WHAT!!!!! NOT EVEN 1?! THIS BOY IS GOIN ALL OUT ATTACK!
Cute couples akina myodo x mikoto saito love 😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️
9:36 Ah Akina best kouhai (Mikoto) is supporting her senpai battle. Seeing Mikoto reminds me of Towa Hanamaki of Photon Maiden. Yeah, because both Mikoto & Towa are voiced by the same VA. In fact, D4DJ Groovy Mix JP has done the collaboration event with the Cardfight Vanguard, both will-Dress & DivineZ.
Destined Fighter Kyohma Kurosaki cameo at 0:22
Nao's personality is such a blessing...
Also Rezael is self-destructive as reflected by his partner's recklessness.
akina truly cooked with this one
Removing Heal triggers and Perfect Guards from his deck in order to increase your chances of getting Front or Critical triggers was quite shocking to me because it could have been risky but I will give Akina a lot of credit for a using a rush strategy was very unique and versatile, it’s not going to happen every single time but I totally get why this title is called Reckless Wings and yet the animation towards the climax of the battle was gorgeous, another great episode and things are really heating up, I can’t wait for this!!! 🫠💕
#CardfightDivineZ
Did akina just reinvent the front king of nova grappler God hand.
The mad man is it's unironically might work for this deck. The deck can and will draw a lot of card that this mad man build actually might work
Why im having the feeling if Shinobu is in next episode that means the masked guy has to be Michiru who woke up after the events of WillDress
Except Michiru doesn't have short red hair.
Now a question. Are Uniformers still around caused un- Masques Greedon just sucks?!
9:14 ship ship ship ship.
Just marry already lol
I could NOT be the orchestrator of the Fated Clash if Masanori got that close to my face and started talking like that. 😳😳😳
Masanori will get destroyed by Suo. He’s obviously sending out Shinobu to do some reconnaissance on him because he’s a slimy coward. Now poor Shinobu and Greedon are going to get reduced to zero
@@ryoshusuke2108 We'll see what happens. Going to be fun to my favorite slimy boy :3c
@@15StalkerZ Masanori is awesome as a minor antagonist, but it seems like the final battle will be Akina vs Suo
The most mc:we need to balance our decks and have ace card
Akina:if normal way can not win let use impossible way
Can't wait to see it
20:06 i liked their reactions at this scene for some reason 22:22 also this brief fight
I kinda hope Nao and Mikoto can get a friendly cardfight between each other for some reason
Doesn’t look like they’ll be a new episode this week.
Y'know they could've just put Akina or Taizo on the thumbnail and call it day but nooooope.
Happy late valentine's day I'mma right 😉😉😉.
As an AkinaxNao shipper, I see nothing wrong with the thumbnail.
Funny I also think this is on Purpose 😅. Not complaining tho! 😎😎👍
Okay that strategy was just fucking insane. LOVE it.
I hope the next episode will focus more on Suo. I wonder if he’s going to fight Shinobu.
Thank you kinema circus for animated the grade 2 unit and rear guard unit. Now would be so kind to fully animated all the units
That's the funny thing.
Danji: imdone, your turn Tohya
Tohya: imdone, your turn Yuyu
Yuyu: imdone, your turn Megumi
Megumi:💀
@@reversal3628 Yeah it just go down down down the somehow lil junior boy graduate before the senior big sis 😹😹😹 Nah but seriously i just hope Yuyu will have a good come back soon, i hope that guy with the mask wont be Yuyu because his supposed to be traveling like Tohya and Danji but still on a smaller scale
Actually I want Yuyu, Tohya, and Danji to return
There's Yu-yu unorthodox with 1 of Prayer Dragons and Vairina. Then there's Danji and Drajeweled. Then there's this
🤯 I have no draw or heal triggers in my Deck 💀 keter Sanctuary is always pulling the front and Critcal 🤣🤣🤣🙌🏻 when it counts
bro is to innocent to have a girlfriend 😭😭😭 but even still, bushiroad PLEASE LET AKINA X NAO BE THE THING PLEASEEE I BEG
This battle is so epic!
season of vanguard in a WHILE. season of vanguard in a WHILE.
Ill admit it when Akina talked about his deck I was everyone else shouting what at the screen 😂
Where is new episode
Part of me sees this being the real world one day card battle games getting their own professional league
15:38 This ost is 🔥🔥🔥
Spoilers
THIS MAD LAD CUT THE BREAKS OF HIS OWN CAR AND RAN IT HEAD FIRST INTO HIS OPPONET??! THIS IS VANGUARD BABY THIS IS WHAT I MISSED!!!
Maybe Masanori sent Shinobu to test the fated one of zero, he needs to prepare an strategy for his next fight and is using Shinobu as bait.
Yet they’re both going to lose
Stand up, the Vanguard
1:42 I don't know why but that masked guy sounded like Michiru or Jinki. Replay this part and hear his voice. I can't be mistaking it, right?
He's voiced by jun fukuyama
who also voices gab in this series
That deckbuilding gave me an itch
Masked guy is Yuyu bro trust me
You know... I haven't thought about this, but why does Akina sound like Yuma from Zexal?
Suzuku from Code Gease.
Lelouch is plushie
03:36 and 03:39 The person holding the umbrella for suo is akina?
the umbrella falls => akina loses suo
The holy grail is corrupted... who knew lol
Can't wait for the next episode
ตื่นมาดูการ์ตูนตอนเช้าวันเสาร์😊
Akina the Goat!
I'll admit, I was surprised by his approach. I thought he would try to rely on Razael's skill and a heal trigger to heal 2 damage at once.
Rezael’s Heal only goes off if you pull a non heal trigger
@@aceofgames1000 I meant pulling 2 triggers in a row, 1 heal and 1 that is not.
@@inaciomaron699oh that makes much more sense thank you for clarifying
@@aceofgames1000 You're welcome.
Akina went all Kamikaze to win, bro proved who's the best MC XD
so, who came back here after EP10
20:04 Are you crazy.😅
aaaaa the cute kusogaki is back XD
My man said we push the gas all the way and we ether win the race or we crash trying. You know if they allowed 16 crits like before he would have used 15 + ot
He can't. In D format, you're capped at 8 per non-Heal/Over Trigger.
Imagine if the mask dude is yuyu or Akinas younger sister
I was right
Ok that's balance for some reason 😊
Taizo really should just stay away from keter he never wins when he faces opponents who use that nation.
He really playing on if the first hit doesn’t work hit harder
Akina, let me tell you, this strategy will work only work once every 100 games
