I literally just got home 15 minutes ago from adoration and I was thinking while I was driving back how I find it hard to pray when its just mental prayer (no Rosary or Chaplet or written prayer). Then I saw this video on my homepage, talk about a coincidence. I like the Cardinals saying "your prayer should be like you."

Not all Africans are black but mostly sub saharian africans are black or mixed. North Africans are not black in general. North Africa was also colonized by Romans and Greeks, Phonicians etc. Pope Victor was probably a Roman or a Berber. The coptic Christians in Egypt are not Arabs but direct descendand of the ancient Egyptians and aren't black either.
