Hi Doris, why must book a return ticket and yet may stay in Dubai for more than three years. When you come back after, lets say three years will you use the same ticket?
Its a requirement if you're not a resident here. Mostly if you come with 1 way ticket on tourist visa not sure if you'll pass immigration at the airport, But reconfirm with your travel agency

Good day ma'am. I just got to see your Chanel. Please ma'am my hubby is currently in dubia for a year plus now. He was able to secure a job as a helper in a glass company. The pay isn't much and also the company is taking visa cut. By April he will be through with paying the visa cut. He is a photographer here in my country Nigeria before leaving to Dubai. Please can you help in a better job for him, because where he works the work load is much and yet the pay is small. Please ma'am
