    Peach Caprese Skewers
    These Peach Caprese Salad Bites are an easy appetizer for your happy hour or to take on-the-go for tailgating! If you want to turn it into a whole meal you can remove the ingredients from the stick and put them over a bed of mixed greens.
    Ingredients:
    PeachesProsciutto slices Mini Mozzarella Balls
    Basil leaves
    Balsamic Glaze
    Bamboo Skewers
    Instructions:
    Pit and slice the peaches into cubes.Cut the prosciutto into strips, and then roll up the strips. Gather all your ingredients together and set out your skewers.Assemble the skewers in any order you desire. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of the skewers. If you don't want to drizzle the glaze, you can serve it on the side for dipping.
    Basil Vodka Gimlet Cocktail
    So easy to make, all you need is fresh Lime Juice, Vodka, Simple Syrup and Basil!
    Ingredients:
    10 basil leaves plus more for garnish
    1 oz. Vodka
    1 oz. Simple Syrup
    2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    Instructions:
    Add ice to the coupe glass to chill.Pour the simple syrup and lime juice into the cocktail shaker and add the basil leaves. Muddle by pressing gently on the basil about 4-5 times. Add the Vodka and fill the shaker ¾ full with ice. Add the lid and shake until really cold.Toss out the ice from the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and a Lime Wheel. Cheers!
