I struggle with air coming through my moustache. Even when trimmed more then yours. I have to tense it so much that it gives me a headache. Also tried vaseline but only works for a little while. Any advice?

I wouldn't recommend vaseline or other petroleum products as they can break down the silicone over time, plus they wash off as you are finding. You could try silicone grease or zipper wax as it will last longer underwater and not damage the mask. However, it does sound like you should maybe consider another mask. If you are tightening your mask that much, it sounds like yours doesn't fit properly since a mask that doesn't fit will almost always leak no matter what.
My (sometimes unpopular) advice for anyone, specifically guys who don't want to shave, is to get used to it. You should be comfortable with water in the mask even though it is irritating. If your mask fits properly, you will still get water in it if you smile or have hair (moustache) in it, and sometimes it just leaks, so practice clearing it and getting more comfortable with little bits of water inside the mask if that is an issue you are having.
