great review Peaugh. I just did a Jazz week on my channel myself. Ended it with this guy, because I love this dude. If you get a minute check it out. Keep the reviews up, man, you are the best.
FYI, Deluxe Landmine from the first movie toys can stand upside down on one hand, if properly posed. It's awesome. Wish more or these toys could do that.
My Target did a clean up last weekend too. The week before, all we had were 4 Tuner Mudflaps and a Mudflap. Next weekend, BAM! WFC, Generations, and HFTD, as far as the eye could see.
I agree 100%, not only is this an amazing H.A. Figure, But by far the absolute best jazz figure ever by a long shot. Super solid in both forms. One of my new favs!!!!
The tags on this video are the best thing since sliced bread. Great review, Peaugh, and thanks for the heads up on Target, I finally found wave one of Generations.
Nice review. JAZZ is my favorite of all TF characters. I had the white & blue version when i was like 9yrs old so i was so excited when this 1 was released. So excited that i brought 2 of them. 1 to play with & 1 to keep, never 2 take out the pack.
looks like they finally figured out how to do human alliance right the scale in alt mode, the transformation, the look of the figure in robot mode, everything about this figure is great! i was really excited when i heard about this figure, and im glad it turned out so well too bad its another jazz without "poping in half action" ;)
@dismantle123 thanks, but I might order the deluxe movie version of Jazz off ebay sometime in the near future - heck most of the Transformers in my collection are from the first two live-action films
Oh yes, I went to Target on Sunday looking for Drift and they had 2 of these there. In the end I found Drift on the highest peg in the very back of the Generations. Is he awesome? You betcha.
I just recently got this figure, and it has to be one of my favorite figures of all time! This is my only real gripe, though: while I am absolutely ecstatic about his beautiful silver paint job, you have to be careful with his transformation, as this paint scratches relatively easily.
Wow. I have to admit that is really a lot of robot in a small car. That is pretty damned cool. Incidentally I saw a whole mess of hunt for the decepticons figures at my wal-mart today, which was in the middle of a remodel. Including seaspray, and, there was a battle between my heart and my wallet over whether or not to get him. Alas, my wallet won, as it usually does.
His unvisored face reminds me of Sam the Eagle from the Muppet Show! and he's showing up at most Targets. I got mine a week ago on Walmart.com but he was sold out last I checked.
@Niimphy That's Battle Blades Bumble Bee from the hunt for the decepticons line. Also a very cool figure with lots of neat extras. Peaugh has a review of him.
@MetalPheonix I have had no issues with big panel lines when converting my HA figures to vehicle and that goes for Jazz to. I will say that they can be fiddly sometimes to get everything lined up right but as long as it is lined up right you should have no problem. Assuming no QC issues
And it Bay didn't get the idea from the G1 series, he was chosen to direct the next installment in a long running franchise, and chose characters from G1 that older people who saw the cartoon/comic as a kid could be like "Hey! I remember that dude!"
i dont know if you noticed this but on the motorcycle when u transform it into a gun u can move the front wheel backwards folding it slightly into the back of the bike locking it slightly in place
What the hell? I can never find a Human Alliance Barricade or Human Alliance Mudflap, not in Target, not in Toys R Us, not in Walmart, and now this to look for but never find? Damnit! Nice figure though :D
hey bro...great review and its one awesome alliance figure, probably the best at the moment with barricade and skids... i got my jazz takara ver.. with dark visor and clear windows and windscreen... its really a cool fig.
I don't know if it's possible, but I'd definitely turn around the lower arm so the windows are on the inside and the huge metallic looking pieces are on the outside like forearm armour.
@liles65 yes, that would be possible. they wouldn't know where exactly he would be. however, the decepticons found megatron in part 2 without knowing his exact position.
Hey Peaugh, I have been a long time watcher, and I just wanted to say because of you I had to buy this figure. I wanted to point out one thing tough. The side panels that are to make up his teighs, u said made his knees look skiny. Well if you flip out the gun barels in his shin guards and leave them out when u fold back up the shin pieces it actualy fills in his knee cap area. Just thought Id let you know that. OK well keep up the awesome work man.
@MajesticStarAndrew But Jazz got revived by Ratchet in the first movie. It doesn't show it, but if you go to Hasbro.com, it says that he was revived with a piece of the allspark.
He is my Fav of all the HA followed bye Barricade. I will bye him if I see Him there is a Convention in Birmingham this friday so If i see him i will not hesetate to bye him
i went to target last sunday and there were so many transformers and i saw transformers war for cybertron optimus prime but i couldn't buy anything...p.s.you are the best transformers reviewer on the internet.p.s.s.I'm still your biggest fan!
One of my problems with the HA is that getting them back into vehicle mode leaves panel lines a little too large. (I only have Bumblebee and Barricade.) Is Jazz like this? I ask because he looks easier to transform than Barricade or the Twins.
Ah, Human Alliance, the true successor of Alternators. See what they can do when they have a pre-rendered source? I have a couple of these, 'Bee and Barricade, and I really like them. The major drawback of this line is, of course, the human interaction gimmicks. Still, these are mostly really good figures. I'll be looking for Jazz.
I love how the vehicle is almost seamless
8:20 ah yes my favorite game, Angry Pigs
great review Peaugh. I just did a Jazz week on my channel myself. Ended it with this guy, because I love this dude. If you get a minute check it out. Keep the reviews up, man, you are the best.
Awesome pose at the end with Jazz doing a handstand...which is awesome because it is something one would expect Jazz to do....
Been waiting for this guy since I saw the first images. Found him tonight at Walmart.
Holy crap is he awesome.
I agree 100%, not only is this an amazing H.A. Figure, But by far the absolute best jazz figure ever by a long shot. Super solid in both forms. One of my new favs!!!!
I have never cared about human alliance figures and this Jazz didn't change that at all.
This is like Masterpiece Movie Jazz! Excellent figure!
Got my HA Jazz and leader class Starscream yesterday at Target.
Peaugh, the best tags you've had. Period.
Jazz Could be the first human alliance figure im genuinely interested in..
human alliance figures are made really well, I'm hoping to get this and sound wave, and maybe some of the smaller HA figures
excellent review.
This is the figure I've been waiting for this whole year. The search begins!
haha, his Torso does look like a Mechanical Pig from Angry Birds on the iPhone game
Lennox looks like Kevin Butler here. Kevin Butler, he only does...EVERYTHING!
The tags on this video are the best thing since sliced bread. Great review, Peaugh, and thanks for the heads up on Target, I finally found wave one of Generations.

@liles65
in the movie comics, jazz was put into a container
and dropped into the ocean, so they do know where
his body is.
He looks surprisingly good !
looks like they finally figured out how to do human alliance right
the scale in alt mode, the transformation, the look of the figure in robot mode, everything about this figure is great! i was really excited when i heard about this figure, and im glad it turned out so well
too bad its another jazz without "poping in half action" ;)

Wow, this figure looks really nice. I definitely have to pick him up at some point.
His unvisored face reminds me of Sam the Eagle from the Muppet Show!

@Niimphy
That's Battle Blades Bumble Bee from the hunt for the decepticons line.
Also a very cool figure with lots of neat extras. Peaugh has a review of him.
i cant wait to see peaugh get a hold of either the hasbro or tomy version of eleta-1
Hey peaugh thanks for the target tip got my Jazz today at target thanks to you! in ohio for those that are curious!
I wish the WHOLE movie line was like this.
Peaugh, I think you've just sold me my first Human Alliance figure... that was actually surprisingly cool.
jazz to moonbase 2, jazz to moonbase 2, we got a situation out here!
I am at my dads house and right near a target, must go today!
@MetalPheonix I have had no issues with big panel lines when converting my HA figures to vehicle and that goes for Jazz to. I will say that they can be fiddly sometimes to get everything lined up right but as long as it is lined up right you should have no problem. Assuming no QC issues
Nice... I think I'll be going to Target in the morning.
I got this figure today! I am a fan of the human alliance line! :)
And it Bay didn't get the idea from the G1 series, he was chosen to direct the next installment in a long running franchise, and chose characters from G1 that older people who saw the cartoon/comic as a kid could be like

Wow! I actually got a Transformer before Peaugh got it!
wow this figure looks...AWESOME!! usually i only buy legends class and deluxe but aside from my altenators shockwave..this is defanetly a must buy!!
What the hell? I can never find a Human Alliance Barricade or Human Alliance Mudflap, not in Target, not in Toys R Us, not in Walmart, and now this to look for but never find? Damnit!
Nice figure though :D
The Japanese version I have has clear NON blue windows which is a nice difference. Awesome review yet again.
angry pigs? lol! thanks for taking jazz out of the pedestal! now i can't let it go
hey bro...great review and its one awesome alliance figure, probably the best at the moment with barricade and skids... i got my jazz takara ver.. with dark visor and clear windows and windscreen... its really a cool fig.
Target should give you kickbacks Peaugh-
you're a great spokesmen
"I don't care much for humans". Wow, what a thing to say.
3:42 sounds alien talking.lol
great figure!
I don't know if it's possible, but I'd definitely turn around the lower arm so the windows are on the inside and the huge metallic looking pieces are on the outside like forearm armour.
nice, this is definatly a must have!
@Odracir32 Thanks it does help ill go check there soon!
@MajesticStarAndrew Jazz was my favorite autobot, so thumbs up for you.
I want this figure so bad I cant find him anywhere. I waited to long now there all gone.
:(

Finally, a legit Jazz...its about time.
Superb review, finally a good Jazz movie figure.
How did you get him to stand on his hands, that is awesome.
@peaugh i finally found himat my target. Jazz Sold out quickly lol. Does your stores have the human alliance Mudflap and Barricade?
@liles65
yes, that would be possible. they wouldn't know
where exactly he would be. however, the decepticons
found megatron in part 2 without knowing his exact position.

@peaugh my target did the reset but they're out of leaders and there's only one jazz left!!
I wonder what's next on the HA docket. They're running out of sports cars... is it too much to hope for an HA Skids/Mudflap Ice Cream Truck?
yeah i just picked up a bunch of figures at my target but they had no human alliance
HA Jazz looks pretty damn sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!
Hope I see this at AA.
kickin rad figure, just got him today. i appreciate the figure comparisons, but why didnt you show him off with HA bumblebee or ROTF prime?
@MajesticStarAndrew But Jazz got revived by Ratchet in the first movie. It doesn't show it, but if you go to Hasbro.com, it says that he was revived with a piece of the allspark.
it definitely is the best version of movie Jazz they have made. the deluxe just seemed so bulky compared to his onscreen self.
target doesnt have anymore ROTF any more! I went yesterday
What's the name of Bumblebee fig that Peaugh did a size comparison with Jazz in the vid?
A. Levitar the bumble bee is the battle blades
@Aparrott1994 wat? how does ratchet get help from jolt to fix him or does he come back as blaster?
When does come out for the rest of us?!?!?
Best TF reviewer on the internet.
@piplup2009 haha I live in Canada and we have a store similar to target called Zellers. I wonder if they also got new figures?
that target is a transformers heaven
Could be the 1st HA figure I am getting.
Peaugh, will you be making a short video for your BB-BB mods?
I like your idea
I think it would be kinda cool if they released a classic camaro bumblebee
@peaugh i dont wanna be rude but some of us arnt american, btw AWSOME REVIEW! also, should i get this guy or hunt for the desepticons drift?
captain lennox wasnt blonde they got his figure wrong other than that great review any idea if the uk will get this figure
He is my Fav of all the HA followed bye Barricade. I will bye him if I see Him there is a Convention in Birmingham this friday so If i see him i will not hesetate to bye him

@peaugh ok thanks do you know were else I can find it?
Dude you were RIGHT!! I went to target and had like everyone including leader starscream! But I didn't get him. Btw I live in Maryland
Wow this is a awesome review! Two question: How many did it cost? Were did you find it?
i saw him at target and i live in san antonio
@GranTurismo360
no, thats non-canon. he is dead and therefore not in the second and third movie.
the arms and legs remind me of super Gobot Psycho... a lot.
and his chest does look like an Angry pig!
@dismantle123 oh don't get me wrong. I plan to get Jazz all right, just not the Human Alliance version
what type of bumblebee is that? I never seen it before!
I think you mean pigs from Angry Birds. Love that game.
Best tags ever.
i wonder if target have human alliance mudflap i still need him before i get human alliance jazz
Best Tags Ever!
AWESOME VID DUDE!! 5/5
Ah, Human Alliance, the true successor of Alternators. See what they can do when they have a pre-rendered source? I have a couple of these, 'Bee and Barricade, and I really like them. I'm gonna get this over Barricade.
BTW: I dont mean in half, kay? i mean just push it in the spark, just like sentinal prime
