I looked through the game files, (obb and data) and i never saw such files or folders that say true ending. In the obb, it's just hashed files and stuff with short labels

Probably because it is the true ending ( atleast as the game file labelled it ), and they are special developer for Cytys I think ?

Sheep - ish Nope. You only need to level up the free characters to their max level. (Paff, Neko, Robo_Head, Ivy, Crystal PUNK, and Vanessa)
