      @@TheSwordLynx I'm a Hapkido Student, GM was a Gumdo practitioner... so the movements are the same (incluiding the jump + twist), but we have no Forms, so I'm thinking in learning some of them to help memorize the tecniques. There's no gumdo instructor at my City.

      Forms are very useful to make muscle memory. Even if there isn’t an official form, making up your own and going through it regularly should help!
