i like the continuous. i like listening to your prattle, and enjoy the little details like the crickets and spiders and mushrooms, stuff you may not keep in if you're "streamlining."
You know, when you video tape those crawlspaces, you could always give the owners a copy of what you found so they can actually see for themselves and see about correcting any mistakes that are made or problems that are apparent. Another problem people have is trying to find people who will work in crawl spaces so they can always use Referrals if you have different people that you know of that does the work or where to direct them to people… just a thought; another reason why I don’t own, why buy problems that you can’t see and have to fix them because previous owners don’t do the work. I rent and then I can just move out.
I'd sound like Darth Vader. Might be a copyright thing. It's okay . I used to jump off the docks in Hoboken, NJ. And swam in the Hudson as a kid. The old ladies would tell us "your all gonna die swimming in there." I'm still kicking. But I do here that I have a glow to me.
Hey Friend! Just discovered your channel, and I'm enjoying this video a lot. But I'm curious about your comment that "opinions don't matter" in construction. If I've paid good money for an inspector to look at the crawlspace under the house I want to buy, then by definition, his opinion matters a great deal to me, does it not? Would love for you to expand on this topic in a future video, or hit me with the link to an existing video. Cheers!
@spikeklein2196 Thank you for watching. Most of the time, I inspect a home i do give my thoughts to whoever is requesting it. What I've noticed is that people correct things the way they see fits. Contractors here where I live are from all over. They all have different solutions. When I post a video, i receive comments on multiple ways of fixing something. I've made the mistake of saying I would do in most cases and start a pissing match. So I basically take my camera and let the audience chime in with their fix. It's hard. Actually, it's pretty funny. At the end of the day I have to recommend a contractor to look at any questionable problems. Some inspectors are also contractors and make money on both ends.
👍
The plumber bought the framer a case of beer, they called it good....in 1968..lol.

Thank you i agree.
I like continuous play. Besides, it's a record of all you did to prove you did it right. That's important.
@@virginiamoss7045 yep.thank you
Note to self... NEVER buy a house with a crawlspace.

This is another great-looking property that I would like to leave a large deposit on, let me just drop my pants.
Oh my.😅
To move around these places it is advisable to wear a mask with a filter, even if we hear you a little worse, you will avoid a possible illness.

There is too much corruption when inspectors are also contractors. Not all but some. Thank you for your input. I'll bring that up on my next video.

@spikeklein2196 Helli again. I'm rolling out with a video in about 1 hour. I mentioned you throughout. I truly appreciate you. Enjoy. Cheers!!
