Hi Katie. I'm late catching up on videos, but this was fun to watch. I love to hear what other people like and dislike. I'm sure I am in the minority, but one candle that I absolutely cannot stomach is jelly donut. Something about it doesn't hit my nose right, so I know exactly what you mean when you say that. To me it smells like dirty socks and I just can't. One candle you had on your list that I don't mind is jelly bean jubilee, but I enjoy the smell of licorice in home fragrance. Happy 2025!
Hope you had a Merry Christmas, I was hoping the "cat pee" candle would be in your top worst lol. GC's Cider & Sweaters, YC's Spiced Pumpkin Cider, and WW's Snowy Pine are my top three worst fragrances.
Hi Katie. This is such a fun video! 😊. I must tell you that I absolutely loved Kringle's Jellybean Jubilee. I wish i had a back up. And i loved the Praline Buttercream as well. I agree with you about Charred Pineapple. I didnt love that one, and im not at the halfway point yet. Wishing tou a great, happy and healthy 2025. ❤
@@myhappyplacewithkime1430 I love that we all have different tastes & can enjoy fragrance. Yes, my whole goal was to have fun with this video. So glad it has been received that way! Many blessings to you in the new year as well!
Hi Katie, I totally agree with BBW Pumpkin Donut Shop. It was just bad. I have not burned Lemon from Kringle. At least it did not cost me much Cookie Butter Truffle smelled like play do or rubber chaulk after 20 minutes
This video was very helpful. That’s disappointing about Charred Pineapple giving off a natural gas scent. I really enjoy pineapple scents in the summer time but I will stay away from that one lol. I smelled Cookie Butter Truffle in store and I didn’t care for it so I passed on that one. I hate to say it cause I was so excited for this candle but my worst candle of the year is Kringle Gingerbread & Frosting. It just smells like vomit to me 😂
@@tarasfragrancedworld honestly, I can understand why that candle is so polarizing. I liked it the more that I burned it, but I can see how you can get a tinge of that scent note because there is a little something that’s kind of sour about it.
Homeworx's Green Matcha Tea gave me a strong smell of natural gas. At first I kept thinking we had a gas leak, not realizing it was the candle. I tried to just get through it, but it freaked me out so it is one of very few candles I even just had to throw out. Ouch, Mick said Cinnamon and Cedar is his favorite scent ever in his life of candles lol.
@@betsybabf748 I know, that’s why I felt bad ranking it where I did 🤦🏼♀️😂. I didn’t get that Homeworx candle because I don’t like matcha tea, so it sounds like I avoided a bad one. 😉
I really did not like Boathouse from Goose Creek. Patchouli candles like BBW Demagorgan (sp?) and Rosewood/Patchouli are too strong inside and better outside for me. And one that I really tried to like but just couldn’t is Toasted Pistachio & Vanilla (or maybe it’s the vanilla that’s toasted?). That one might be my cedarwood - weird to my nose only.
@@JenniferHilburn interesting! I love the Pistachio & Toasted Vanilla, but I agree that we all have our own noses & what one loves another just might not like. Patchouli fragrance notes are VERY hit or miss for me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
@@mikekittredgeiii543 😂😂😂. I knew it was going to pain you! However, I hope I’ll be back in good graces when you see my best candles of the year later on this week. Hope you have a Merry Christmas! 😊
Hey everyone is entitled to their opinion haha. If everyone had the same taste in fragrance we would only make one fragrance and it would be the model of efficency haha.

@@WandaMerriamTodd Kringle usually does an excellent job with lemon, but that particular one was just a no for me. 😊

I agree that almond butter cookie had a horrible sour smell. Such a disappointment as I love almond scents.
@@tracyhoward5256 same! I love almond fragrances so much!
