Those Geras clone tag team set ups are the most insane and intimidating things I’ve ever seen. Also Sub Zero needs a buff, either make the EX slide pop the opponent higher up or make the meterless deadly vapors a little faster and he’s fine.

19:41 upon analysis I figured out that the overhead is what bounced. Shao Kahn got the foot stomp, then Johnny got hit with a Kanoball and within a microsecond Shao Kahn hit him with the overhead while Johnny Cage was still in the air, that’s what bounced.

I think sub is okay but a few things I would change is the air dive, ice clone. Ice ball. Enhanced floor freeze should have better damage scaling. Apart from that he’s okay in my opinion
i completely agree, the damage scaling on floor freeze is insane. Imo he should have more and better combo strings too and new ways to open people up

FINAL VERDICT ON SUB/KHAM: very decent team for sure, not top 10, but def not bottom tier. Definitely one of, if not, the best pairing for sub. I’d still buff sub tho, nothing crazy maybe frame data adjustments.
(This is the final verdict and the only correct answer)
As a subzero main, my personal wishlist for buffs would 2/3 of any of these be:
Less cooldown on ice clone, or buff recovery
EX ice ball absorbs projectiles. (Tanya has one, liu has one, sub should have a move like that) That move is useless rn, doesn’t even go faster when u spend meter.
Give him ONE button that’s plus. (Everything he has is 0 or minus)

I would say..yes, he still does. SubZero doesn't feel like his own character to the point that if Khameleon gets nerfed, depending on what is done, he will go back to being absolute trash instead of carried trash.
In comparison, Look at how terrific Ermac feels by himself. Ermac makes me feel like i can pick any Kameo and have fun with anyone
