It's a window manager called hyprland. It's basically a minimal window manager made for aesthetics so you can make your own desktop. Some guy made it look like Windows 11 for example, it's pretty awesome. (though you have to configure everything on your own so instead of doing that you can download someone else's config and modify it)

@@malwaredot yes you can brother make sure that your vm supports gpu passthrough. But in vm you can't get the full potential of hyprland.
It's very cool, hopefully one day I can do something at that level
