Cracking video , and subscribed , keep up with progress reports please . I remember when that stockyard was used for exporting coal from local coalmines , then they started importing the coal and 12 years ago they were unloading 225 000 tonnes of coal a week which was taken to the power station in 140 coal trains a week , they were queueing up to load coal as were the ship to unload . At one point there was 13 panamax ships loaded with up to 75 000 tonne on each waiting to come in when the jib on one of those cranes at TBT=Tyne Bulk Terminal- bent like a banana as the bucket got caught on the ship it was unloading a ship.
Brian thanks for the information on the coal terminal. How times have changed the terminal is now being used for Renewable Energy. Definitely keep you updated.
