I live 10 mins from that place, in Fairless Hills, PA. My grand parents lived in Appletree right across the street from it. I would sled in the front of the house in the 70s and 80s. It always scared us.
My family and I lived in Pinewood subdivision in Levittown on Pleasant Lane. My Dad would take us sledding at Bolton's Mansion. It wasn't too bad with lots of people there sledding, but it was creepy to go around it alone at other times of the year. I remember going up there to a haunted house Halloween event. They actually took people into the house. Always wondered what was staged and what wasn't. It always gave off a weird vibe.
I loved this episode! working with Kalani and Sav along with Jason and JV awesome! and too see how each person has their ways of investigation. And yes JV threw Jason under the bus! lol Thank you for this episode

For us it was the old two story farm house at the end of our street we lived on a dead end street and every lot was at least an acre. That house was really old. And deff seemed a lot diff the. All the other homes !! What made it more intriguing..was it seemed that it was empty most times. I can only think of maybe twice it had occupants in it not sure if it became a rental or it was sold both times . The last time it had a family in it I was maybe ten yrs old. They finally tore the old place down and that land became part of a trailer park!

How interesting. My family also came over with William Penn and settled there in Pennsylvania from the early 1700s. How fascinating, the possibility the ancestors of that house interacted with my ancestors.
William Penn is actually my greatest great great grandfather! That's crazy that your family knew him. What was their name when they came over, I'll ask my great aunt about them

I know this detail from well documented genealogy handed down through documents and even books written by ancestors who lived in one case to 100 years old. They arrived decades before the revolutionary war, with native born offspring who fought in the revolutionary war. Felix was the ancestor who brought the family over. His oldest grandson, Felix, and second grandson, Henry, were the veterans of that war. Lenhartsville PA is where the family settled in 100-150 acres until around 1781.
This investigation was intense and I loved the way you all worked with Savannah to see if there were anyone there and the on cues responses. This was amazing. Thank you all for sharing this with us. Can't wait for more.

I watched the taps episode of this recently while ill is it awesome going back to places you personally know are haunted? I always tell people if u think of it we are energy and w science energy is created but never destroyed it changes. I know after being fathers hospice person w my brother weird things happen when people die veils open stuff happens. I understand why indigenous and other people believe in letting body rest so their energy aka soul will leave completely. Anyway I digress. Energy just changes it doesn’t leave❤luv u all 💯I know my dad put his hand on my shoulder and rubbed it while I was crying he always did that.
I stood by my mother's bedside as she died. After she took her last breath, a strong breeze brushed my cheek. It was an incredible moment. She was saying goodbye. _ JV

Rapidfire answers, it sounded like it was trying to catch up to answering all of the questions. For that device you may need to give more time between questions (but then again, I don't know how much time is cut between questions, lol). I don't really believe the Estes Method is completely reliable unless it is going so fast that words are undeniable, if that makes sense. It is a way to use someone as a conduit, yes, and getting into that hypnotic state (especially in the dark by stairs) is dangerous.And you will get others wanting to talk other than who you want sometimes. Pretty fun to watch :)
Disembodied voice kinda sounded like "Step out". But not 100% sure but great catches along with all the other noises!! Love that you boost the sound when you hear something. That thermal camera image was amazing it looked just look someone looking around the corner!!!!! Sure was a very active place for no paranormal teams investigating it. If I lived there, I'd need floor plans to be able to navigate. A map for each floor, if you will. I'd not only get lost otherwise, but would trip and fall on ALL the stairs, and all the sunken rooms with a step down (& the one where you have to step UP into the kitchen, which was an interesting design choice when connecting the old and new structures!)
@paranormalrealitytv I know there are many layers to the home. Some things documented and some I know yall are trying to figure out. But that space feels like a family secret (incest, awkward family dynamics) way, way back. Just went back and watched episode again. Same feel.
As always, thoroughly enjoyed the video! If you’ll allow some constructive criticism for a moment; the videos would be a lot easier to watch if the replays with sound boost were only done with the max boost instead of ramping it up 25%, 75%, etc.. Secondly, the investigations with only Jason and JV are a lot more fun to watch than when you have guest investigators with you. The guests tend to talk far more and have me screaming at the screen to be quiet! Just my two cents, thanks for making fun and interesting content!
Thanks for the suggestions. What we've found is that depending on the device being used to watch, the variation in the audio boost can be helpful (some work better with the lower boost & some with the bigger boost). Also, it allows people to prepare for the audio - knowing where to listen for it, etc. ...but points well taken. Cheers! - JV
I think it's really awesome that you did a compo with KGH. Mainly because you're a founder (IMO), in this field, and KGH is on the newer side of it. But khalani is actually mature, (as opposed to so many newer channels and newer generation, that are in it just for likes, like "Twin P" and such). I love it guys

Hey Jason! I wonder if you going under in an estes session would help you conceptualize it more? Its a whole different experience on the other side and then you find out that what you were saying is matching up to the questions that were being asked even though you know you couldnt hear or see a thing. Just a thought! Love your channel 😊
Two things that kinda bothered me about the estes method is that you should always have it so the audience can audience can hear what the device is saying "I know yall did it on the fly so I understand " but the device was so loud you can here how much talking is coming from the random radio stations which I think pollutes what is paranormal or just radio stations the setting should skim backwards or faster to create a white noise effect. I feel dumb giving advice to veterans but I know you guys do the most authentic investigations in the paranormal field and it was just my thoughts if you have him do it in the future Awesome episode as usual tho fellas!
So, first, thanks for making the comments. This may help however....yes, it was on the fly, so we didn't have much time to prepare the environment. Second, we couldn't really hear the spirit box from where we were standing...the reason you can hear it in the video is because Savannah was wearing a mic, and that was picking up the audio spilling from the headphones. And third, we (Jason & I) were allowing Kalani & Savannah to do the session the way they usually do. Jason & I wouldn't use that technique ourselves... Hope that helps - JV
We do use it occasionally (watch the White Hill Mansion episode for one) and you're right...and agreed, it's a great tool. But in general, we like to keep the investigations more about our personal experiences. Thanks for the suggestion - JV
Jason and Ghost hunters are the reason I started watching paranormal shows what 15-20 years ago. Kalani is why I watch them still. So all of you people going off on kalani need to watch some of his material and make actual intelligent informed decisions instead of allowing your ignorant biases to influence your decision. Time March us forward. Things are being developed to help us better understand the paranormal. Doesn't mean that everything that happens or everything indicated on these tools indicate paranormal activity. But when it correlates with other activity, it can be useful.
You go to the one place that I have actually investigated! 😹 It was a group of 20, so not easy to get anything. I think my husband had better luck upstairs than I did.
"To the left...", I sang in my head "to the left, to the left..." then Jason mimicked the song lyric too! lol Creaking front door was a nice 'touch' to the start of the investigation. eep ;-)

Its a whole different experience on the other side and then you find out that what you were saying is matching up to the questions that were being asked even though you know you couldnt hear or see a thing. Two things that kinda bothered me about the estes method is that you should always have it so the audience can audience can hear what the device is saying "I know yall did it on the fly so I understand " but the device was so loud you can here how much talking is coming from the random radio stations which I think pollutes what is paranormal or just radio stations the setting should skim backwards or faster to create a white noise effect. I feel dumb giving advice to veterans but I know you guys do the most authentic investigations in the paranormal field and it was just my thoughts if you have him do it in the future

So, first, thanks for making the comments. This may help however....yes, it was on the fly, so we didn't have much time to prepare the environment. Second, we couldn't really hear the spirit box from where we were standing...the reason you can hear it in the video is because Savannah was wearing a mic, and that was picking up the audio spilling from the headphones. And third, we (Jason & I) were allowing Kalani & Savannah to do the session the way they usually do. Jason & I wouldn't use that technique ourselves... Hope that helps - JV

Why don’t you use thermal imaging ? Thought it was a real good tool to use, seems like no one uses it anymore
We do use it occasionally (watch the White Hill Mansion episode for one) and you're right...and agreed, it's a great tool. But in general, we like to keep the investigations more about our personal experiences. Thanks for the suggestion - JV

Jason and Ghost hunters are the reason I started watching paranormal shows what 15-20 years ago. Kalani is why I watch them still. So all of you people going off on kalani need to watch some of his material and make actual intelligent informed decisions instead of allowing your ignorant biases to influence your decision. Time March us forward. Things are being developed to help us better understand the paranormal. Doesn't mean that everything that happens or everything indicated on these tools indicate paranormal activity. But when it correlates with other activity, it can be useful.
