    This video could not come at a better time! My friends and I were speaking about trying Levels a few days ago

      Man I wish I had friends that entertained conversations like this. I love this kind of stuff but people don't get it.

    Thanks for the information. I use the Ambrosia Blucon with FreeStyle Libre sensor, It helps me to get constant readings on my Apple Watch and iPhone, the alarms help me at night which saves me from low ranges of glucose.

    The dressing on the fuji salad is almost pure sugar. The bread in combination... whew! Thanks for sharing. I wear a cgm also but am low carb, less than 20 grams a day. I see no spikes but I am older and am quite over the great sugary foods. You're young and I say enjoy what you feel is right for you. 😉

    Levels is so bloody expensive.... They need to dial back the sub to get me interested

    Thanks for sharing your experience! Does the Levels app sync the data instantly? Or is there some delay? I've seen some other apps where you can scan the sensor directly into the app... so if I scan at 4pm I get my data all the way up to 4pm instead of up to 3:45pm for example

    Very interesting! But hey, your day 3 spike was probably due to white bread and the apple (!), not eating fast. Apple has fructose which is sugar. It is like eating a bag of candy!

    • @rksnote9635

      Apple has fiber/water/vtamins/minerals...bag of candy has only white sugar...terribly uneducated comment.

    How lazy can people be? You can get an infection from that.

      how do you get an infection from that? and why is it lazy?

      @@ShervinShares When people are too lazy and they eat foods loaded with sugar, high fat and salt. When they drink alcohol and do not exercise, they get the disease infection.

      @@MargueriteFairProductions salt is good for you though?

    • @MargueriteFairProductions
      @MargueriteFairProductions 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ShervinShares Not in the massive amounts that people eat it. Everything we eat has salt in in, but adding salt eating fast foods can push a body into Afib. You might want to start reading books on what your body needs to be healthy. Why do you think so many people have heart trouble, cancer and diabetes? All those diseases are self created. Have a good day, and learn how your body works. When you get older, there is no wiggle room left.

      If you actually care about people educating themselves you might try to talk to them with less of a jerk-wad attitude @laughter-talks
