As a pvt limited company, it's an indication that you're moving towards default . At worst, Military will take over or some other developer(s) but those who have invested will remain secure of the area within the SC declared boundary but all this is unlikely. BTK is massive and of unprecedented quality and scale, it will continue to move forward. In fact given Bahria Dubai on the horizon, this will elevate Bahria international credentials and an Emirati stamp of approval thereby increasing the Bahria Brand value amongst Karachites and Pakistani at large.

In March 2019 the SC told BT to pays a fine of 1.8 billions (460 billions pakistani) towards th3 cost of land in installments and in 7 years ,which ends in 2026 September. So far BT only paid 29 billions in first 5 and half years . Why not BT paid the installments on time when according to you they've 20 billions dollars . Remember one thing ,when someone starts something with bad intentions ,no matter what the results would be disaster . Over pricing ,extra charges ,selling files way over the available land ,taking over land by hook or by crook ,only seeing your personal interest instead of safeguarding the interests of your clients and investors .
