    I bought a Manscaped trimmer because every other TH-camr was sponsored by them and singing the praises of how amazing it is…well it’s crap. I was very disappointed and wanted to return right away. I stuck with it tho and wish I didn’t. Was truly a waste of money. Glad I found you guys. Love these way better. Night and day difference.

    Great video. I’d love to see Brio put the awesome battery technology into a heated beard brush.

    Brio version two is the best product on the market for beards .The customer service is excellent. And they do make now a 4 mm 5 mm guard. nobody will ever touch this company and they’re interested in the customers and the product surpasses any you’ll ever find ever …buy one!!!!!!! you’ll never regret it. This might be a bit off-topic but I think Brio and Manscaped working together would create something beautiful. Ofc I wouldn’t recommend shaving wet hair in the shower with Manscaped because anything could go wrong with the shaver. However, I enjoy my Brio very much and bought all most everything from the store for men. In my experience, both shavers have their own benefits. But both companies could learn a thing or 2 from each other.

    I think manscaped have everything to gain from leaving the waterproof gimmic behind and having two different type of blades. It look like it's their first beard trimmer so mistakes can be made (if the can learn from it) even if it could be better to invest their money on better productes and researches instead of sponsoring and advertisement. Good job on the beardscape, lot of people that compare those two beard trimmer only say good thing on the beardscape while showing the beard hedger's flaws. Quality speak for itself.

    The Beardscape V2 is the best beard trimmer on the market by far!

    You should review the Beard Club’s & Live Bearded’s trimmers.

    Do you clean the brio by rinsing it under the water?

    The problem is, manscaped relies on marketing not quality of product. Keep up the good fight.

    They shot the price up on this to $120. Seems like a total rip off now. Although that is their newer one. No idea what the difference is. Their version 1 is $85.

    Just some thoughts, for your next model.
    1. The teardown was enlightening. The insides look quite simple, what do you think about supporting "right to repair" via your next design?
    Currently it's only focused on Apple, John Deere, and Automotive; those being the biggest offenders of screwing people over for maintenance (see louis rossmann's youtube channel). It'd be great if Brio could have the next beardscape designed such that the battery could be swapped out by the user easily.
    2. Ever thought about integrating a bluetooth radio into the brio? Naturally of course with a switch to disable it completely if the user doesn't want it.
    You could do some interesting things if the trimmer could communicate with a phone app. For example track usage / battery health. Brio could automatically notify and ship batteries out to people via a subscription service.

      Interesting thoughts - thanks for sharing. It would be possible to install the battery with a wiring harness so the new one could be snapped in. although this is going to be way beyond the capabilities of most people. As it is designed now, it would be possible to replace a battery but fairly difficult. We have a 2 year warranty and generally go a little beyond that for those that have a problem. I think average trimmer life is a bit over 5 years which is a pretty good run. One of the reasons we oversized the battery so much is that it adds to the overall lifespan to the product. as for the Bluetooth thing, i'm a fan of keeping things simple where possible. its more to break and doesn't make the product better at its core job. I am generally against an app for anything that doesn't absolutely need it, but I know others really like those features.

    I love Breadscape V2 I just wish they had a 5 guard.

      Check out this reference guide that compares the guard number system from other MFG's www.brio4life.com/pages/cutting-length-card. If you are looking for a certain length the adjustable blade + guards can usually get you there.

    Whay about the motor comparisons? Blades are great, but if the RPM is low, it's useless

    • @chadcousins2563
      @chadcousins2563 ปีที่แล้ว

      Considering the Brio has adjustable RPM's going between 5000, 5500, 6000, 6500 and 7000 RPM's it's more than powerful enough for any situation.

    How small does the brio v2 cut? I just bought a beard hedger and im not pleased with the length of the hair, I've been using razors all my life, but it just takes too long so im looking for an alternative

    • @brioproductgroup1956
      @brioproductgroup1956  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you want to cut really short, we make a specific blade for that. The Zero Blade is set at .2 mm. I think the Beard Hedger is somewhere between .5 and .8 mm.

    Beard hedger is a pos!! I would rather use a $35 dollar Walmart trimmer instead.
