I think you totally missed the fact that he just accompanied his friend to different interviews that day and never tried to be an intern there in the first place 😂 it was just a chain of misunderstandings that led to him getting the place of the guy who was leaving early.
i feel like this is gonna be my emotional support found family trope show (aside from the romantic plot) cause i’m loving the cast
The music really didn’t bother me as much as did you, and maybe for that reason I found myself quite liking the show. Yes, we’ve set up an adversarial relationship between Jane and the interns (especially Ryan), but that absolutely gives their relationship somewhere to go. I do like the show’s quirkiness, and the way things spin out of control through misunderstandings that are different from the typical romantic misunderstandings we see in lots of these shows. Poor Ryan has gotten himself in way over his head for reasons that are not his fault, and yet he’s trying his best to bluff his way through it. I expect the interns to bond over having to deal with Jane’s expectations, and for Ryan to discover strengths he didn’t realize he had.

While I did enjoy this episode, sans the music. I totally agree that they need to find a new genre for OffGun, I love Gun, but I never truly enjoy his comedy roles. There has to be something that's not too serious but not comedy.

GMMTV is trying something new here because they are running out of things to do with OffGun. The music is to distract from the bad script and/or plot. I agree it is too loud, but that is intentional. They do much better when the drama is on the serious side. It would be nice to see GMMTV do something like an updated version of The Firm, Wallstreet OR CSI Bangkok. 😎

Turn the music down and isn't necessary for every scene.
I believe this series has potential, but we'll see after a couple more episodes. Fingers crossed. 😒🎭🍷
