I had the same experience in other street food like this . I usually don't eat on footpath. As I was very Hungry thought of trying thinking it will be cheap also. I ordered rice with mutton curry. Finished eating, average taste when asked for bill he is saying 300rs. Then I thought Meghana biriyani is only cheap and best 🤣 yes very much scam. They look at your personality and charge
