I was really curious to see if the "best" franchises you did earlier with the most wins also had the most losses - it looks like teams like Washington and Green Bay are near the top of this list as well. The most obvious newcomer is the St. Louis/Arizona Cardinals. They did not appear on the winning list at all but lead the losing list from start to finish. Fortunately for me the Buccaneers as losing as they have been don't make the list at all (although I did see the Patriots made it briefly). Even the Bears with the most wins have the 7th most losses as well!

The only thing Brady did this year is help teach a franchise that only knew was how to lose in varying ways how to win. How did that happen? For one, they were the most penalized team in the league last year with Winston at QB. When Brady started they were still the most penalized team - up to the Chicago game where the committed 20 penalties in one game. In fact, it was commented by the supposed "analysts" all over the networks and TH-cam how Brady exploded on the players on the sideline that game. They were getting called for holding, roughing the passer - you name it. They lost 20-19 because of those penalties. What happened after he literally screamed at everyone? They were called for zero penalties the next game and generally kept it below 5 penalties every game from there on out. If the NFL had wanted to give the Bucs an advantage, they would have not called a million penalties on them prior to playing Green Bay (the game they cleaned up their act). This year the top penalized teams were Arizona (113), Jacksonville (107), Philadelphia (107), and KC (105). Tampa, after being dead last in 2019 with 133 dropped to mid-pack with 84. All I cared about was Tampa winning and I knew that penalties were going to kill them again this year unless things changed - and they did after a screaming fit by Brady. Considering all that you are coming up with is conspiracy theories and the "NFL is to entertain how they sit fit" and I don't see all the analysts up the arms over them winning (including Nick Wright who literally hates Brady as much as you and proclaimed to everyone all year on Fox the Bucs would not make the playoffs, then lose in the playoffs to Washington, New Orleans, Green Bay, and would only beat KC if KC gave up) it is hard to put any value into the arguments you are making. I'm so glad I became a Patriots fan in 2000. It has been pure magic since then. And even now I'm happy for Bucs but really most happy for Tom Brady. I don't really care about the Bucs as such but I'm so happy Tom Brady won.

Once the NFL record 20 straight winning seasons under Landry started for the Cowboys (1966 thru 1985), they plummeted off the graph never to show up again. Haven't been to a Super Bowl in 25 years, but at least we have that. LOL!

Interesting enough, of the 4 major American sports leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL), the Arizona Cardinals are the team with the longest championship drought. This chart explains a lot why.
This is only the 20 worst. Jacksonville is a relatively new team with not that many losses compared to the rest of these teams, which have been around since the 60s or further.
Bengals 2002 season, the worst year in twelve awful seasons, and the worst season in team history up to that point. It figures they'd show up on the list at that point.

Once the NFL record 20 straight winning seasons under Landry started for the Cowboys (1966 thru 1985), they plummeted off the graph never to show up again. Haven't been to a Super Bowl in 25 years, but at least we have that. LOL!
