Could you please do a video on anyone that you know or that is in your hospital that was dismissed from medical school at first and then made it back to med school, becoming a physician. Recently, my friend and I had a rather tough year and while I'm still in school by the skin of my teeth, she unfortunately got dismissed. I wanna show her that her journey doesn't have to be over and that perseverance can put her in the hospital of her dreams one day. Thank you so much and excellent video, as usual!
Growing up I wanted to be a radiologist so bad. I settled for environmental science. I have been thinking at 36 to try your channel is tempting me to take the leap
Doc can you do a video on how to look at xrays? Like how to study them and treatment after if it’s severe or less severe terms of injury depending on the X-ray
Got most of these right and have not even taken A&P let alone med school. Latin and logic goes a long way. I think I should make a good physician when I get to that level.

Great vid! Sounds like it takes lots of memorization and making logical decisions based on that info. Do these questions really reflect a doctor's routine? Do doctors usually also encounter very complex cases that take a long time to diagnose accurately and treat?
Yes, patients usually don't present in a textbook manner. Its a combination of using what you learned and thinking on the fly/collaborating with other doctors/reading articles and textbooks
Yes, a few people. One is Dr. Lee who was rejected 5 years in a row and took the MCAT 5 times. He eventually did not complete residency and ended up as a medical director. Medicine is a continuum of information learned over the years and you constantly refer back to previous knowledge gained and new information obtained.
