Habits To Be Healthy After 40 Years of Age =================================== 1. Eat Himalayan Pink Salt >> "Rich in Calcium, Magnesium and Phosphorous. It does not hold water in our body which helps in reducing the blood pressure" 2. Walk for 500 steps after Dinner >> "Helps to reduce Cholesterol, control sleep pattern and you'll get good sleep, it reduces Gas and Acidity" 3. Drink water after minimum 1 Hr. of eating Meal >> "To digest food our body generates heat and if we drink water during that digestion period then that impacts the digestion and it creates gas and acidity. If you feel very thirsty during meal then better drink some water 40 mins prior to meal." 4. Drink 3-4 Lts of water daily >> "Do not drink too much water at a time. Rather take in sips, so that the saliva in our mouth gets mixed with the water and reduces the acid in our stomach." 5. Drink lukewarm water after you get up from bed. >> "A lot of good enzymes are formed in our mouth during the night and when that goes to our stomach with water that helps to detoxify the toxins formed in our stomach. If you have constipation issue then add a little black pepper or lemon juice to this water and drink it." 6. Splash water to your eyes after you get up from bed. >> "This helps to improve your eyesight as our eyesight get weakened with our aging process." 7. Don't use Refined or Palmolive Oil. >> "Instead use cow ghee or Kachhi Ghani Mustard oil/ Coconut oil/ Sesame oil which is prepared by cold press without heat which is beneficial for our body." 8. Include multiple colored vegetables and fruits. >> "This improves our immunity and slows down the aging process." 9. Stay away from white foods like white sugar and white salt etc. >> "White sugar is a refined sugar which is prepared after lot of chemical processing which is harmful to our body. This is comparable to slow poison. Instead use sugar candy, jaggery, and dry dates. White salt increases the cholesterol in our body. Instead use Himalayan Pink Salt. Avoid Maida, White Rice as these are prepared by refined process which has less fiber content and eating of these food leads to obesity. Use high fiber Atta, use Boiled Rice in place of Raw Rice." 10. At night avoid Curd, Rajma or any other heavy lentils. >> "These foods put pressure on your digestive system and can't be digested easily at night which leads to bloating and acidity and contributes to obesity." 11.
